Bad experience but they made it right in the end I had a pretty awful experience with their online ordering system, customer support and my order was delayed due to their fault. It appears that their customer support is understaffed as it took some time for me to get someone to look into my case. However, they were quick to admit their own mistake and made up for it in a way that I thought was fair.

NO REFUNDS A friend sent me a very generous gift, a $350 backpack from GoRuck. Well built, if you needed that, but so heavy when empty that it was not something i would use. Returned it but only given store credit. Wasted so much time trying to find something else to purchase and tried several things, different style shoes, but nothing fit (insanely narrow, how to big tough guys/gals fit into them?). They happily deducted shipping fees from my store credit but repeatedly refuse to refund the money. My last inquiry is most worrisome as they replied saying my credit can not be refunded and will now expire in a year. WTW? Not only have they held my gift money hostage for years they fully intend to rob me completely by making it expire. This company is evil. Stay away! And NEVER buy a gift for someone from these crooks.
