NLGreat quality bags Great quality bags, feels like they will last a lifetime. I ordered from the Goruck store to the Netherlands, it was shipped quickly but I recieved quite a bit of taxes and importduties from Fedex. I sent Goruck a mail and got refunded the entire amount of taxes, I would definitely order again!

GBI ordered I/O trainers on closeout and… I ordered I/O trainers on closeout and had to return them, they were quick and efficient in both answering my questions before ("can I return these shoes on closeout?") and in the processing of the return. The shoes were great, but the shoelace holes happened to rub my foot the wrong way. I really wish I could have kept them, great quality otherwise. I also ordered a Rucker 3.0 and a 30lb weight. The quality on both of these products was outstanding. Before I ordered my Rucker, I emailed customer service to see if another color would be in stock soon and I received a timely reply. Based off my experiences, they were quick to respond to/address questions/issues and the products are great quality.

GBPricey but worth it! I love Rucking and the gear at GoRuck is second to none. It’s definitely pricey but after I purchased it… it made me get out there more (had to make the money worth it). The gear never breaks down and it’s made in the USA. Referred a few friends and they love it to. Embrace the suck sticker was a nice touch too!

GBUpdated - Customer Experience UPDATE: GoRuck responded to say they’d ship a bag to the new address as an exception to policy. Wow - didn’t see the coming, but greatly appreciate this gesture. Bad customer service. Tried to correct a shipping address literally within moments of making an order for a canvas duffle bag. No workable phone number, and the company didn’t bother responding to emails sent within minutes of order. They finally responded about an hour after creating a shipping label, at which point they said there was nothing they could do (even though the item hadn’t been delivered). Suggest avoiding GoRuck - the instant they get your money, they don’t care about you.

IETerrible customer service Terrible customer service placed and order 11th of november with them as they were providing gadgets for a suicide awareness event after 4 weeks tried to contact them through email , website form, x no anser instagram finally they reply they had a stock issue and order will be sent the following week ( that was the 11th of december) today 22nd of december still no sign of shipping confirmation. terrible little company overpriced
