Great quality bags Great quality bags, feels like they will last a lifetime. I ordered from the Goruck store to the Netherlands, it was shipped quickly but I recieved quite a bit of taxes and importduties from Fedex. I sent Goruck a mail and got refunded the entire amount of taxes, I would definitely order again!

Over priced trash and crappy service This company has terrible customer service and there is no option to speak with them over the telephone. I was sent a faulty product and when I contacted them, they blamed me for the damage to it. They refused to repair, refund or replace the item. I will never buy anything from them again.

Updated - Customer Experience UPDATE: GoRuck responded to say they’d ship a bag to the new address as an exception to policy. Wow - didn’t see the coming, but greatly appreciate this gesture. Bad customer service. Tried to correct a shipping address literally within moments of making an order for a canvas duffle bag. No workable phone number, and the company didn’t bother responding to emails sent within minutes of order. They finally responded about an hour after creating a shipping label, at which point they said there was nothing they could do (even though the item hadn’t been delivered). Suggest avoiding GoRuck - the instant they get your money, they don’t care about you.
