I have used their product quality was… I have used their product quality was good but a bit over price!

I order a bag and weight I order a bag and weight. I got the bag. But then the plate was delivered to my neighbors and I never got it. Fed ex says they delivered it. Go ruck says they delivered it. But I never got it. No body cares fed ex never called it looked into into after I tried 3 times. Then go ruck just went ghost. I now have a small back pack for the 250 bucks lol. If your reading this shop rogue and request ups or usps for delivery. Go ruck got back to me and are sending me another plate. Customer service was great. Hopefully they didn’t send it fed ex but that seems to be the issue. I’ve only heard good things about go ruck and I will say only good about them. There bag is amazing

Over priced trash and crappy service This company has terrible customer service and there is no option to speak with them over the telephone. I was sent a faulty product and when I contacted them, they blamed me for the damage to it. They refused to repair, refund or replace the item. I will never buy anything from them again.

Great rucksacks Great rucksacks, especially the GR2.

Bad experience but they made it right in the end I had a pretty awful experience with their online ordering system, customer support and my order was delayed due to their fault. It appears that their customer support is understaffed as it took some time for me to get someone to look into my case. However, they were quick to admit their own mistake and made up for it in a way that I thought was fair.
