FRFinally very disappointed... Finally very disappointed... On 26/12 we received a letter from Fedex asking us to pay $39 in customs fees (for delivery to France) even though the package was delivered 15 days ago. We are very disappointed and do not recommend ordering a watch from this site. Their lack of communication is really not serious.

GB10/10 would recommend I had my watch for about 7 months and a small chainlink popped out making it impossible for me to clasp the watch shut. On a whim I emailed BREDA customer support not expecting anything since I'd had it for a while but to my surprise within an hour they had replied not only offering to repair it for free but ALSO waived the shipping fees.The whole experience took about 3 weeks all in and I couldn't be happier. Their team is prompt, helpful and kind. I will (continue to) recommend BREDA watches to everyone I meet!

GBWarranty means nothing unless based in the US Bought a watch from Breda - the Visser Metal. After 11 months the movement broke. No local watch repair shop could fix it. Breda said they would repair but postage would cost more than just buying a new watch. Great looking watches but I wouldn't trust the quality again, especially without free repair, even with the warranty - warranty means very little unless you're based in the US.

GBReturn Scam I returned a watch. They initially attempted to claim the watch box was empty, then claimed we sent back the incorrect watch. They will attempt to scam you out of paying for your returns. Don't buy anything from this dishonest company.

ITWARNING - DO NOT BUY WARNING: Breda is desperate for customer and will do anything to retain the money you give them. I bought a watch, it arrived completely ruined. Their CS team wanted me to pay for return shipping despite sending me a ruined watch (?!?!), and when they finally sent me a return label they charged me a 60 usd dollar processing fee (?!?! x2). Also, the team takes 5 days to reply to each communication, and sometimes doesn't reply at all (three times I had to follow up to get a reply). It seems they take time in the hopes you forget about it and they can keep your money. BAD BAD BAD
