GB10/10 would recommend I had my watch for about 7 months and a small chainlink popped out making it impossible for me to clasp the watch shut. On a whim I emailed BREDA customer support not expecting anything since I'd had it for a while but to my surprise within an hour they had replied not only offering to repair it for free but ALSO waived the shipping fees.The whole experience took about 3 weeks all in and I couldn't be happier. Their team is prompt, helpful and kind. I will (continue to) recommend BREDA watches to everyone I meet!

ITWARNING - DO NOT BUY WARNING: Breda is desperate for customer and will do anything to retain the money you give them. I bought a watch, it arrived completely ruined. Their CS team wanted me to pay for return shipping despite sending me a ruined watch (?!?!), and when they finally sent me a return label they charged me a 60 usd dollar processing fee (?!?! x2). Also, the team takes 5 days to reply to each communication, and sometimes doesn't reply at all (three times I had to follow up to get a reply). It seems they take time in the hopes you forget about it and they can keep your money. BAD BAD BAD

GBWARNING- DO NOT PURCHASE BREDA… WARNING- DO NOT PURCHASE BREDA PRODUCTS FROM UK. I have had a shocking experience when purchasing a gold plated Breda watch from the US. The original deal looked quite good $250 reduced down to $180 for a Elemental Breda Watch so I decided to buy it. I was a bit annoyed at the $45 delivery fee and the $40 tax on top but this was told before purchase so I can't complain. I thought £220 for a good watch from the source isn't too bad. How wrong I was... I was told in order to get my watch I'd need to pay another £45 in VAT in the UK. Annoying but bareable. Then when I received the watch it was beyond terrible. The face was smudged, scratched and cracked - no where near the quality you would expect of a £5 watch let alone a £200 watch. Dissapointed I looked to see their return policy which according to them 'are easy and hassle free' - but they are looking to charge me an additional $72 to return a faulty product. In total I'll be losing easily over £100 to return this faulty low quality product - no phone number to ring only an email. Will update if they have anything to say but in the meantime STAY AWAY FROM BREDA - it is borderline a SCAM with so many hidden fees.

GBJANE GOLD TETHERED WATCH - POOR QUALITY PLEASE READ! Very upset in the gold tethered jane watch product quality. Looks beautiful, but after about two months of regular wear my watch is already tarnishing and looking silver. I understand this isn’t a gold watch and tarnishing will eventually be expected with use, but two months is very sad! That’s almost on par how quickly cheap fast fashion jewelry will tarnish. I really wanted to love this watch. I cannot recommend this company, and also think at the end of the day to just save your money for a higher quality watch that will last.

DKPoor quality watch Poor quality watch! Dont advertise a product, that cannot be delivered! My watch broke after 2 weeks. The pictures on their website gives you a false impression. I cannot recommend anyone buying something from this company.
