ITWARNING - DO NOT BUY WARNING: Breda is desperate for customer and will do anything to retain the money you give them. I bought a watch, it arrived completely ruined. Their CS team wanted me to pay for return shipping despite sending me a ruined watch (?!?!), and when they finally sent me a return label they charged me a 60 usd dollar processing fee (?!?! x2). Also, the team takes 5 days to reply to each communication, and sometimes doesn't reply at all (three times I had to follow up to get a reply). It seems they take time in the hopes you forget about it and they can keep your money. BAD BAD BAD

GBTaxes issue, resolved with customer service I originally had an issues with paying double taxes when ordering from the UK. They have since resolved the issue! Really appreciate the customer service getting back to me with regular updates. Thanks for the help - the watch seems great and I'm hoping my partner will love it! Thanks!

GBReturn Scam I returned a watch. They initially attempted to claim the watch box was empty, then claimed we sent back the incorrect watch. They will attempt to scam you out of paying for your returns. Don't buy anything from this dishonest company.

DEDon’t buy the pulse Watch I am very dissatisfied with the product, it is simply extremely poorly implemented technically. You can't read the time, the movement should have jumped around or flip (not a native speaker), instead of turning, the numbers are usually not completely visible and barely recognizable. Even when visible, they are so small that you can hardly read anything. So it has to be a perfect light situation, takes time to encode the display + your eyes and Vision have to be absolutely perfect to get the Chance to read the time. Due to the high postage, the high customs costs and the inexplicably high processing fees for a return, it is not worth sending it back (at least from Germany). Customer feedback is not responded to in an accommodating manner. Poor service, poor product, a miserable customer experience overall. The Design is nice tho. If you want to have a bracelet, go for it, if you want a watch that can tell the time: stay away from the pulse.
