Good backpacks! I've bought two backpacks from them- they feel a little flimsy because the material is thin but are surprisingly high quality and waterproof. My brother has the Mochilas school backpack which is extremely spacious. He regularly throws his around everywhere and the bag is still in great shape.

Luv it!! I took a chance with this online purchase, but I could not be more pleased with this backpack. It's not leather, but!.... Not only does it look and feel like genuine leather, it also smells like leather. Do they use a special spray or something? lol. Even friends are stunned when they handle it, then learn it’s not leather. It’s elegant, spacious, and can handle a heavy load. So I'm extremely happy with my purchase. And, in comparison to other backpacks I’ve seen, this one represents tremendous value-for-money. Thank you!

Fantastic for all occasions With 2 school aged children we've been through a few backpacks. For school, residential trips, or days out and travelling. This pack pack easily does it all and is great for all those occasions and more. With lots of compartments and so light and comfortable. My eldest has medical issues and incontinence so the waterproof element is great for her and discreet.

No customer service; backpack not received Nine days after our shipping tracking shows that our backpack cleared customs, it is still stuck somewhere in Los Angeles. Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place. This is not a trustworthy company.
