I emailed the company 3 times in their email address as well as the website with no response and I was ready to give up thinking I lost my money. I finally go an email the day I received the package saying I should have the package now. The back pack was just ok the plastic front came in dented and the straps too short. The bottom of the bag could be more secure as I use it for a 4 month kitten and its already drooping at the bottom and pad that is meant to secure it is not fixable as there is no velcro to stick it.
