Poor quality material and craftsmanship I have bought the backpack on the bases of a) family bussiness as a seller b) alleged quality. When I received the product it is quite obvious that this is a cheap product with low quality stitching and material. No quality control what so ever. My suspicion is that the actual manufacturing is subcontracted to third part with no actual control from the business. Their website is deceitful and I guess this is a trend now. I will be more careful next time. Disappointed

SCAM!! Do NOT use!! Ordered a backpack for my son for Christmas. Still haven't received anything and tracking information stopped 12/26/23. I paid $55 for nothing and my son didn't get one of his Christmas gifts-VERY disappointed in this scam company,!!!

Not a reputable company. No one answers inquiries via emails about where my order is. The tracking has not been updated since 12/26/23. I ordered a backpack for my husband on 12/16/23 and it has never arrived. This company should be shut down and penalized for what appears to be nothing more than a scam.

Fraudulent company … My daughter asked for a Windsor backpack from More than a Backpack. They charged my card $59.99 on 12/8/23. As of today, 12/31/23, my item has not been received. I sent numerous emails trying to inquire, no response. There's no customer service telephone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not creditable. My bank is refunding my money and sending me a new card. The shipping information is in Chinese for a week, and then it has the package in Elk Village, Los Angeles then Indianapolis. No movement since 12/25/23. Lesson learned.

No customer service; backpack not received Nine days after our shipping tracking shows that our backpack cleared customs, it is still stuck somewhere in Los Angeles. Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place. This is not a trustworthy company.
