More Than a Backpack = Scam I highly recommend not buying anything from this shop. I bought a vegan leather backpack and it’s horrendous quality. It was $65- and the straps started ripping within a few days, the inside lining and pocket is cheap plastic and the stitching is poorly done. The bag is nothing like the photo. So disappointed. I was offered a partial refund or a new bag, and now after a few emails they’re not responding. Do not buy from this company, absolute scam.

Poor quality material and craftsmanship I have bought the backpack on the bases of a) family bussiness as a seller b) alleged quality. When I received the product it is quite obvious that this is a cheap product with low quality stitching and material. No quality control what so ever. My suspicion is that the actual manufacturing is subcontracted to third part with no actual control from the business. Their website is deceitful and I guess this is a trend now. I will be more careful next time. Disappointed

Fraudulent company … My daughter asked for a Windsor backpack from More than a Backpack. They charged my card $59.99 on 12/8/23. As of today, 12/31/23, my item has not been received. I sent numerous emails trying to inquire, no response. There's no customer service telephone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not creditable. My bank is refunding my money and sending me a new card. The shipping information is in Chinese for a week, and then it has the package in Elk Village, Los Angeles then Indianapolis. No movement since 12/25/23. Lesson learned.

Savior Complex 1. I payed for quicker shipping 2. My order was sent out after the shipping time frame posted on your website 3. The order never arrived to my residence 4. I have repeatedly asked for this issue to be resolved, with no assistance. This all feels like a scam. Buyer beware. EDIT: The response here from this company is misleading. They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading. Great backpack purse This backpack purse is the perfect size. It's big enough to carry all of the necessities, including a lightweight sweater, without being bulky. Easy to organize with many pockets inside and out. The faux leather looks great and the rain rolls right off. I docked it one star because the snap underneath the main flap that secures the bag closed fell off the first time I opened it (literally). This now puts more tension on the outside clasp, which already has a history of being the weak point on this bag according to other reviews I've read.
