CHCat Backpack- Not a good product, not worth the money I ordered a cat back pack. I didn't receive an email confirming my purchase or any follow up email about delivery or anything else. I emailed the company 3 times in their email address as well as the website with no response and I was ready to give up thinking I lost my money. I finally go an email the day I received the package saying I should have the package now. The back pack was just ok the plastic front came in dented and the straps too short. The bottom of the bag could be more secure as I use it for a 4 month kitten and its already drooping at the bottom and pad that is meant to secure it is not fixable as there is no velcro to stick it.

AUSuper yellow, water proof and packable The bag came quickly and without fuss. The quality itself is excellent, very water resistant for my commute in Melbourne. I love the colour; super bright and obvious, you can always pick me out from the crowd. And it holds at least a week's worth of groceries at a time which is brilliant.

GBFraudulent company … My daughter asked for a Windsor backpack from More than a Backpack. They charged my card $59.99 on 12/8/23. As of today, 12/31/23, my item has not been received. I sent numerous emails trying to inquire, no response. There's no customer service telephone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not creditable. My bank is refunding my money and sending me a new card. The shipping information is in Chinese for a week, and then it has the package in Elk Village, Los Angeles then Indianapolis. No movement since 12/25/23. Lesson learned.

GBSavior Complex 1. I payed for quicker shipping 2. My order was sent out after the shipping time frame posted on your website 3. The order never arrived to my residence 4. I have repeatedly asked for this issue to be resolved, with no assistance. This all feels like a scam. Buyer beware. EDIT: The response here from this company is misleading. They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading. By all mean More Than A Back, if you want to continue to make illegitimate responses here, we can discuss in more detail publicly.
