Excellent quality bag I ordered the waterproof fashion stroller diaper bag in blue and I love it. I get so many compliments about it, stunning colour and a great quality bag. It’s also the perfect size for a day out with two young kids with different compartments and zip pockets making it really convenient. It also arrived really quickly too! I would definitely recommend.

They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. Great backpack purse This backpack purse is the perfect size. It's big enough to carry all of the necessities, including a lightweight sweater, without being bulky. Easy to organize with many pockets inside and out. The faux leather looks great and the rain rolls right off. I docked it one star because the snap underneath the main flap that secures the bag closed fell off the first time I opened it (literally). This now puts more tension on the outside clasp, which already has a history of being the weak point on this bag according to other reviews I've read.

Fantastic for all occasions With 2 school aged children we've been through a few backpacks. For school, residential trips, or days out and travelling. This pack pack easily does it all and is great for all those occasions and more. With lots of compartments and so light and comfortable. My eldest has medical issues and incontinence so the waterproof element is great for her and discreet.
