No customer service; backpack not received Nine days after our shipping tracking shows that our backpack cleared customs, it is still stuck somewhere in Los Angeles. Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place. This is not a trustworthy company.

They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading. Fraudulent company … My daughter asked for a Windsor backpack from More than a Backpack. They charged my card $59.99 on 12/8/23. As of today, 12/31/23, my item has not been received. I sent numerous emails trying to inquire, no response. There's no customer service telephone number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not creditable. My bank is refunding my money and sending me a new card. The shipping information is in Chinese for a week, and then it has the package in Elk Village, Los Angeles then Indianapolis. No movement since 12/25/23. Lesson learned.
