It has so many pockets that can store several things that you will need throughout the day. The backpack fits my laptop and my iPad and several notebooks. The straps are very comfortable for walking up hills from lecture to lecture. What seals the deal for me is that it is waterproof. This is my everyday university backpack!

No customer service; backpack not received Nine days after our shipping tracking shows that our backpack cleared customs, it is still stuck somewhere in Los Angeles. Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place. This is not a trustworthy company.
