They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading. Happy with our bag Recently bought a basic canvas school backpack and have been very pleased with my purchase. I wasnt sure If this would be strong enough or large enough for everyday use but was surprisingly spacious to use and my son found it really comfy to carry! The bag arrived within the time they stated and the company responded to my question within 48 hours. Overall very pleased.

Luv it!! I took a chance with this online purchase, but I could not be more pleased with this backpack. It's not leather, but!.... Not only does it look and feel like genuine leather, it also smells like leather. Do they use a special spray or something? lol. Even friends are stunned when they handle it, then learn it’s not leather. It’s elegant, spacious, and can handle a heavy load. So I'm extremely happy with my purchase. And, in comparison to other backpacks I’ve seen, this one represents tremendous value-for-money. Thank you!

No customer service; backpack not received Nine days after our shipping tracking shows that our backpack cleared customs, it is still stuck somewhere in Los Angeles. Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place. This is not a trustworthy company.
