Cat Backpack- Not a good product, not worth the money I ordered a cat back pack. I didn't receive an email confirming my purchase or any follow up email about delivery or anything else. I emailed the company 3 times in their email address as well as the website with no response and I was ready to give up thinking I lost my money. I finally go an email the day I received the package saying I should have the package now. The back pack was just ok the plastic front came in dented and the straps too short. The bottom of the bag could be more secure as I use it for a 4 month kitten and its already drooping at the bottom and pad that is meant to secure it is not fixable as there is no velcro to stick it.

Luv it!! I took a chance with this online purchase, but I could not be more pleased with this backpack. It's not leather, but!.... Not only does it look and feel like genuine leather, it also smells like leather. Do they use a special spray or something? lol. Even friends are stunned when they handle it, then learn it’s not leather. It’s elegant, spacious, and can handle a heavy load. So I'm extremely happy with my purchase. And, in comparison to other backpacks I’ve seen, this one represents tremendous value-for-money. Thank you!

Savior Complex 1. I payed for quicker shipping 2. My order was sent out after the shipping time frame posted on your website 3. The order never arrived to my residence 4. I have repeatedly asked for this issue to be resolved, with no assistance. This all feels like a scam. Buyer beware. EDIT: The response here from this company is misleading. They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading. Not a reputable company. No one answers inquiries via emails about where my order is. The tracking has not been updated since 12/26/23. I ordered a backpack for my husband on 12/16/23 and it has never arrived. This company should be shut down and penalized for what appears to be nothing more than a scam.

More Than a Backpack = Scam I highly recommend not buying anything from this shop. I bought a vegan leather backpack and it’s horrendous quality. It was $65- and the straps started ripping within a few days, the inside lining and pocket is cheap plastic and the stitching is poorly done. The bag is nothing like the photo. So disappointed. I was offered a partial refund or a new bag, and now after a few emails they’re not responding. Do not buy from this company, absolute scam.
