No customer service; backpack not received Nine days after our shipping tracking shows that our backpack cleared customs, it is still stuck somewhere in Los Angeles. Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place. This is not a trustworthy company.

It has so many pockets that can store several things that you will need throughout the day. The backpack fits my laptop and my iPad and several notebooks. My brother has the Mochilas school backpack which is extremely spacious. He regularly throws his around everywhere and the bag is still in great shape.

Not only does it look and feel like genuine leather, it also smells like leather. Do they use a special spray or something? lol. Even friends are stunned when they handle it, then learn it’s not leather. It’s elegant, spacious, and can handle a heavy load. So I'm extremely happy with my purchase. They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading.
