They have replied, but have been dismissive, unhelpful, and continue to avoid any potential solution to rectify a situation. To deny the reality of poor business practices and customer service is extremely misleading. Not a reputable company. No one answers inquiries via emails about where my order is. The tracking has not been updated since 12/26/23. I ordered a backpack for my husband on 12/16/23 and it has never arrived. This company should be shut down and penalized for what appears to be nothing more than a scam.

No customer service; backpack not received Nine days after our shipping tracking shows that our backpack cleared customs, it is still stuck somewhere in Los Angeles. Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place. This is not a trustworthy company.

Great backpack purse This backpack purse is the perfect size. It's big enough to carry all of the necessities, including a lightweight sweater, without being bulky. Easy to organize with many pockets inside and out. The faux leather looks great and the rain rolls right off. I docked it one star because the snap underneath the main flap that secures the bag closed fell off the first time I opened it (literally). This now puts more tension on the outside clasp, which already has a history of being the weak point on this bag according to other reviews I've read.

Happy with our bag Recently bought a basic canvas school backpack and have been very pleased with my purchase. I wasnt sure If this would be strong enough or large enough for everyday use but was surprisingly spacious to use and my son found it really comfy to carry! The bag arrived within the time they stated and the company responded to my question within 48 hours. Overall very pleased.
