Great backpack purse This backpack purse is the perfect size. It's big enough to carry all of the necessities, including a lightweight sweater, without being bulky. Easy to organize with many pockets inside and out. The faux leather looks great and the rain rolls right off. I docked it one star because the snap underneath the main flap that secures the bag closed fell off the first time I opened it (literally). This now puts more tension on the outside clasp, which already has a history of being the weak point on this bag according to other reviews I've read.

Their customer service is nonexistent – when you ask what is going on, you get a template response with a non-functioning, phone number, or a recording that sends you back to the same system that didn’t provide an answer in the first place.
