Scam company won’t refund me after they told me to return the bag This is a scam company. I spent $117 on a backpack and when it arrived, it was wrapped in packaging with Chinese writing all over it, it had clearly just come directly to me from a Chinese factory. I returned the bag (after the seller agreeing to it via email), but once I paid for shipping to send it back, they never refunded my money back, and they stopped responding to my emails. You can get an equivalent bag from AliExpress for $10. The quality is terrible and stitching is asymmetrical. Don’t waste your money with this scammer like I did.

Love!!! I ordered a backpack from this website. I was a little skeptical in ordering from this website, as I never ordered from it before. But, I was incredibly pleased upon receiving my package. My backpack was wrapped securely (without causing any damage to the product.) And on top of the thoughtful packaging, this included a small note on how to maintain my order in good condition. I wish every other company took this much consideration in their deliveries.

Bad quality I ordered two items. One item arrived really squashed, the kind of squashed that won't come out over time. I am suprised and annoyed they didn't pack it better because considering the package was traveling to another continent they only had 2 plastic bags and one thin piece of paper width cardboard covering the bag. The second bag had a wonky buckle that didn't line up with the other buckle and it should have never passed quality control. The quality of both items was so so, they were made of a plastic-y type of material that felt fake and probably wouldn't age well. I had to return both items and the whole thing was a massive waste of time. Order your items elsewhere!

Beautiful bag suitable for 15.6" laptops The order takes around 10 days (including shipping) to reach me from Taiwan to Malaysia. The suitcase goes beautifully with and without the signature ribbon, which can also be detached if it's not your preference. It fits my 15.6" laptop, and can accommodate the power supply, an additional keyboard, mouse and more gear. Would say that the bag is bigger than I imagined and can look absolutely HUGE on anyone shorter than 5'8".
