The bag is beautiful, but The bag is beautiful, but the purse should have clips like the backpack because the snaps are always a struggle to line up! then your purse is left hanging open awkwardly, also I have had mine for about 6 months and the edges are beginning to shed material, so it doesn’t last a lifetime or anything.

Great product - whenever it arrives I've purchased two bags from Ecosusi: one during lockdown and the other in the Black Friday Sale this year. The first bag, the Sombre briefcase, arrived very well packed with stuffing to keep its shape. It's a soft leather, and whilst I do like the feel, it tends to lose shape when used as a backpack. However, as a briefcase, it's both spaciousness and resilient, and after 2 years, showing no signs of wear despite my heavy-handed use. (I throw it around a lot!) There's no scratches or scuffs as yet! The second bag, the perforated bag, arrived this week, also very well wrapped. It is a more thick, sturdy leather, with lovely clasp and long strap, and included a dust cover for storage. It's a cracking bag for running errands. The only 'negative' is the delivery; We live in an age where next-day deliveries has become the norm, so waiting three weeks (to the UK) for anything feels like a lifetime! Nonetheless, it is worthwhile and the tracking system is really good. I would buy again from this company.

Bad quality I ordered two items. One item arrived really squashed, the kind of squashed that won't come out over time. I am suprised and annoyed they didn't pack it better because considering the package was traveling to another continent they only had 2 plastic bags and one thin piece of paper width cardboard covering the bag. The second bag had a wonky buckle that didn't line up with the other buckle and it should have never passed quality control. The quality of both items was so so, they were made of a plastic-y type of material that felt fake and probably wouldn't age well. I had to return both items and the whole thing was a massive waste of time. Order your items elsewhere!

Shipping works fine. Bag is beautiful but has terrible quality. I bought a bag at Ecosus without issues with the shipping. I love the bag,I really do. The design is lovely, the colour is gorgeous and it carries more than it looks. With that said though, I bought it in January 2022, less than two years ago, using it frequently but with a lot of care, yet it's already peeling everywhere, and the metal is getting stained. ľ'm very careful with my things and I've had cheaper bags that have lasted 3x more with the same amount of use. For this price I was expecting higher quality to be honest, but it's just made of plastic from china. If sustainability and buying items that last is a concern for you then I cannot recommend it. In addition, I added this review to their website with photos and it has not yet become visible. Don't know if they will alow me to post a semi-negative review. If they won't publish it then they are not transparent and you should not trust the site reviews.

Love!!! I ordered a backpack from this website. I was a little skeptical in ordering from this website, as I never ordered from it before. But, I was incredibly pleased upon receiving my package. My backpack was wrapped securely (without causing any damage to the product.) And on top of the thoughtful packaging, this included a small note on how to maintain my order in good condition. I wish every other company took this much consideration in their deliveries.
