Bad quality I ordered two items. One item arrived really squashed, the kind of squashed that won't come out over time. I am suprised and annoyed they didn't pack it better because considering the package was traveling to another continent they only had 2 plastic bags and one thin piece of paper width cardboard covering the bag. The second bag had a wonky buckle that didn't line up with the other buckle and it should have never passed quality control. The quality of both items was so so, they were made of a plastic-y type of material that felt fake and probably wouldn't age well. I had to return both items and the whole thing was a massive waste of time. Order your items elsewhere!

The bag is beautiful, but The bag is beautiful, but the purse should have clips like the backpack because the snaps are always a struggle to line up! then your purse is left hanging open awkwardly, also I have had mine for about 6 months and the edges are beginning to shed material, so it doesn’t last a lifetime or anything.

Scam company won’t refund me after they told me to return the bag This is a scam company. I spent $117 on a backpack and when it arrived, it was wrapped in packaging with Chinese writing all over it, it had clearly just come directly to me from a Chinese factory. I returned the bag (after the seller agreeing to it via email), but once I paid for shipping to send it back, they never refunded my money back, and they stopped responding to my emails. You can get an equivalent bag from AliExpress for $10. The quality is terrible and stitching is asymmetrical. Don’t waste your money with this scammer like I did.

Bought a bag from ecosusi as a birthday… Bought a bag from ecosusi as a birthday gift for my daughter. She started using it after her birthday in the middle of September and 1 week later the bag was already showing signs of damage on the sides where the strap is placed. I’m very disappointed with the quality of the bag because of this and would not recommend purchasing these for day to day life

Don’t waste your money!!!!! I would give them zero star if there is an option. I bought the bag for my daughter even though I never heard it before. She picked it. Not like the picture on their website, the quality is terrible. The straps are not lined up properly. I called the phone number listed on the website, but it is not available. Emailed them, never received any response. Horrible customer service and products. Don’t waste your money!!!
