Module missing, no refund, no reply Hi, any chance you could reply to the many emails my programmer and I have sent you? We have purchased the Magento 2 order and supplier management system. But we can't get started because an important module called BackStoreGraphQl is missing. Now it's three months later, it's just before Christmas, all the orders are coming in and we still can't work with it. We have also offered to simply refund the money. Perfect Pos for our Magento 2.4.2 We bought a Pos system with order fulfilment. We tested their demo, and with Awesome support for even awesome products. One can't go wrong by choosing Magespacex and their products. Very fast and excellent support! You never have to wait more than 12 hours, usually they answer in just a few hours. All problems and questions regarding the module were promptly resolved. Thank you!

Pos is great however I encountered a… Pos is great however I encountered a problem with the installation of the plugin on my server Pwa pos, I did not immediately contact support, because communication was only through email and usually it is very long. I had nowhere to go and still wrote a ticket. To my surprise, the support team worked perfectly. Even when my initial problem was solved, I was helped with further questions, and most importantly also very quickly I highly recommend everyone to use the support.

PWA POS Extension not working / No Support Why no one is replying??? We bought the PWA POS extension for Magento 2 and it doesn't work! We've been trying to contact the support for over 3 weeks and there is no reply! We are going to start a chargeback from our credit card as we cannot reach anyone there. The PWA extension brakes the frontend. The products on the POS cannot be added to the cart, we can't change many things. All sold out products are still displayed there.

During the pandemic integration of our Magento 2 website with the Pos system helped us to receive orders and fulfil those orders. The well-integrated system with easy to use. Order fulfilment from multiple warehouses helped us to work remotely and connect with different members of staff. It is worth it spending and looking forward to receive new updates and features in the near future.
