Excellent service In extension, there are a lot of functionalities that I found much more flexible than other platforms, especially when you add plugins. The interface isn't the most beautiful/user friendly, so there's a lot of details you need to check and test to make sure it works well. What I must say, though, is the support team is excellent and has gone above and beyond to make things work for us - e.g. editing the coding in the pos to make it compatible with the backend. Excellent support from James. He responded very clearly and with detailed information to all the queries with patience without any hesitation. Happy with the support.

Support tickets not work After install Giftvoucher the problems start. I try to uninstall - and my plan was to reinstall. Now there is some hidden codes that makes ordering product not work. Magespacex web site is now down, and Facebook page is not "live". No one there.. Is the company down?

Soon as the advisor came on the email, I started having issues with my internet connection. My issue was resolved in practically a-few minutes. I was able to identify some errors needing amending on the receipt. James was also happy to assist with making those changes for me. Overall brilliant service, friendly and polite. Pos is great however I encountered a… Pos is great however I encountered a problem with the installation of the plugin on my server Pwa pos, I did not immediately contact support, because communication was only through email and usually it is very long. I had nowhere to go and still wrote a ticket. To my surprise, the support team worked perfectly. Even when my initial problem was solved, I was helped with further questions, and most importantly also very quickly I highly recommend everyone to use the support.
