I have been using the Pos system for… I have been using the Pos system for the last six months. During the pandemic integration of our Magento 2 website with the Pos system helped us to receive orders and fulfil those orders. The well-integrated system with easy to use. Order fulfilment from multiple warehouses helped us to work remotely and connect with different members of staff. It is worth it spending and looking forward to receive new updates and features in the near future.

Module missing, no refund, no reply Hi, any chance you could reply to the many emails my programmer and I have sent you? We have purchased the Magento 2 order and supplier management system. But we can't get started because an important module called BackStoreGraphQl is missing. Now it's three months later, it's just before Christmas, all the orders are coming in and we still can't work with it. We have also offered to simply refund the money. Chat not response, ticket not response, email not response, Skype not response... My webshop is break from 2 months, impossible finish order !!! not order by my webshop since 2 months ..............!!!!!!! It's big problem for me. Excellent service In extension, there are a lot of functionalities that I found much more flexible than other platforms, especially when you add plugins. The interface isn't the most beautiful/user friendly, so there's a lot of details you need to check and test to make sure it works well. What I must say, though, is the support team is excellent and has gone above and beyond to make things work for us - e.g. editing the coding in the pos to make it compatible with the backend. Excellent support from James. He responded very clearly and with detailed information to all the queries with patience without any hesitation. Happy with the support.

Very Poor extension Very Poor extension. Especially support team, they don't answer or answer time by time, when they want. Their extension is not working properly and ask licence check every time. They also delete negative comments and when you write something put your mails in spam! Be careful with this company!!!!!
