I have received excellent support from… I have received excellent support from magespacex for the POS extension. It makes coordination of online and in-store sales a breeze. Very easy to use. No need to maintain multiple inventories. Unlike other POS systems for Magento 2, you don't need to purchase core features - like various users and reporting. I was also able to customise to allow for Stripe payments before we had a card swiper. I'm looking forward to purchasing this Pos again for another client in the coming months. Thanks for your all efforts in making this unique POS system.

A rogue "company" It is a rogue "company" that selling old software copy from another (original) authors. Software is not working and they do not provide support (it is included in offer). After two weeks of purchasing we installed it, found multiple problems, preventing it from work and starting to write to seller (email/online chat/contact form/, getting no answer or strange answer like "please wait a little"). Today I searched for Magespacex reviews and found lot of similar complaints - they are simply cheaters.

I was using a different manual process… I was using a different manual process to complete our offline stores' orders. I have also tried a couple of other demos from different companies, and This solution was very promising and met our requirements. I Have ordered Four modules last month, Pos, barcode inventory management and order fulfilment and installed them on our website. I can say it this is the best and easy to use system . It has a great value for money totally worth it. I am really happy from the support team specially Mr. tim for being very Helpful and responsive.

No support and not update from more 2… No support and not update from more 2 months ! I bought licence with 18 month support... Chat not response, ticket not response, email not response, Skype not response... My webshop is break from 2 months, impossible finish order !!! not order by my webshop since 2 months ..............!!!!!!! It's big problem for me. If you use extension Magespacex(Majespakex) and read my review, please contact me for found solution please. I search update for Magento 2.4

Very Poor extension Very Poor extension. Especially support team, they don't answer or answer time by time, when they want. Their extension is not working properly and ask licence check every time. They also delete negative comments and when you write something put your mails in spam! Be careful with this company!!!!!
