Excellent service In extension, there are a lot of functionalities that I found much more flexible than other platforms, especially when you add plugins. The interface isn't the most beautiful/user friendly, so there's a lot of details you need to check and test to make sure it works well. What I must say, though, is the support team is excellent and has gone above and beyond to make things work for us - e.g. editing the coding in the pos to make it compatible with the backend. Excellent support from James. He responded very clearly and with detailed information to all the queries with patience without any hesitation. Happy with the support.

I was using a different manual process… I was using a different manual process to complete our offline stores' orders. I have also tried a couple of other demos from different companies, and This solution was very promising and met our requirements. I Have ordered Four modules last month, Pos, barcode inventory management and order fulfilment and installed them on our website. I can say it this is the best and easy to use system . It has a great value for money totally worth it. I am really happy from the support team specially Mr. tim for being very Helpful and responsive.

I called perfect magento 2 Point of… I called perfect magento 2 Point of sale system. Thanks for assistance as I was having issues with the receipt dispenser. Soon as the advisor came on the email, I started having issues with my internet connection. My issue was resolved in practically a-few minutes. I was able to identify some errors needing amending on the receipt. James was also happy to assist with making those changes for me. Overall brilliant service, friendly and polite. Thanks for your help. Great pos and great customer support.

I have been using the Pos system for… I have been using the Pos system for the last six months. During the pandemic integration of our Magento 2 website with the Pos system helped us to receive orders and fulfil those orders. The well-integrated system with easy to use. Order fulfilment from multiple warehouses helped us to work remotely and connect with different members of staff. It is worth it spending and looking forward to receive new updates and features in the near future.
