Very Poor extension Very Poor extension. Especially support team, they don't answer or answer time by time, when they want. Their extension is not working properly and ask licence check every time. They also delete negative comments and when you write something put your mails in spam! Be careful with this company!!!!!

Crooks - Took money for customization never performed and extension never installed. Extensions don't work as advertised either. Crooks - don't do business with them!!! These guys stole over $700 from us. We paid for them to install their affiliate extension and they never performed the work and we went with another company but they never gave us a refund. We also paid $400 to customize their Point of Sale solution to show different payment codes and they never performed the work. In addition, they sell their Checkout solution as compatible with Amazon pay - IT IS NOT. When you have an issue and email them, they never reply and when they do, crazy answers like "gee our facility burned down".. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for your extensions.

PWA POS Extension not working / No Support Why no one is replying??? We bought the PWA POS extension for Magento 2 and it doesn't work! We've been trying to contact the support for over 3 weeks and there is no reply! We are going to start a chargeback from our credit card as we cannot reach anyone there. The PWA extension brakes the frontend. The products on the POS cannot be added to the cart, we can't change many things. All sold out products are still displayed there.

Excellent service In extension, there are a lot of functionalities that I found much more flexible than other platforms, especially when you add plugins. The interface isn't the most beautiful/user friendly, so there's a lot of details you need to check and test to make sure it works well. What I must say, though, is the support team is excellent and has gone above and beyond to make things work for us - e.g. editing the coding in the pos to make it compatible with the backend. Excellent support from James. He responded very clearly and with detailed information to all the queries with patience without any hesitation. Happy with the support.
