USCompany does not provide customer service… This company does not respond to emails and doesn’t follow through on their commitments. Clearly they like getting bad reviews because they are crooks. Don’t do business with this company. They will take your money but won’t deliver a product. They have had my money for almost 5 months. This was to be my son’s 30th birthday gift. So much for that. Stay away

GBPlease dont be fooled. BE WARNED I am like everyone else who has put a 1 star rating. I totally agree with everyone's poor reviews. This company has been dissapointing from the second email i recieved with a delay of delivery. My order was put in April 2023 supposed to be with me in march 2024 . No delivery no information other than more delays. I contacted WoolandOak expressing my concern and as they hadn't fulfill there contract I wanted to cancel the order. I was told the cancellation policy only gave me a window of 2weeks to cancel from the first order date. If you know your retail consumers policy this is incorrect if they haven't fulfilled their side of the contract. So I didnt bother to respond but I have raised a disturb with my credit company. It's a real shame as the product looks fantastic but I do feel that it is a scam. Please don't buy from this company and do read all the negative reviews and be warned.

ESDeceptive Company First of all, I have never felt the need to write a negative review about any company until now. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, please read all the painful reviews and run! I did not read their reviews and regretfully placed an order and paid in full for the Nova bag in January 2024 as a birthday gift. After multiple emails to inquire of a delivery date went unanswered, I felt something is not right and cancelled the order on 2/8/24. The company then communicated with a refusal to my order cancellation. Since I never received the bag, I contacted Visa to open a dispute for the charge. Again, it went unanswered until April 2nd, when Wool&Oak claimed that they send the bag out on 3/23/24 (more than a month after my cancellation), which is a total lie since I have not received anything from them as of 4/20/24! Visa notified me of their claim and I requested proof of a shipping document which they have yet to provide. Wool&Oak is a shady company with deceptive trade practices. Please beware.

IEWool & Bot Placed an order, and paid, for a NOVA bag in November 2023, with an anticipated delivery date of February 2024. Needless to say, no bag has yet been delivered, and I am now very concerned that this order will never materialise. I have had to chase for updates, and only receive automatic bot-style responses that always promise a further update that never arrives.

USThe company is a fraud The company is a fraud, at least in violation of US Law. We ordered based on an ad for delivery on or about Christmas 2023. The product is delayed with ever more creative excuses and has still not been delivered as of April 2024. The product should have been delivered within 30 days, as no expectation was set. And US Law states that we are to be given the opportunity to cancel with full refund at each of these delays, however the company refuses to do this stating their policy is no refund or cancellation after five days.
