GBDelayed due to a cyclone in China? Scam or Incompetence? They keep pushing out my delivery date, latest is due to cyclone in China? I ordered in Oct 2023 for a Feb 2024 delivery. They moved it to April, now July? All the positive reviews on their site are from 2019? I think this is either a scam, or an extremely poorly run start up. Not sure what is worse, being a scam or being incompetent.

My parcel was lost by Royal Mail (through no fault of W&O), and the support team put a lot of effort trying to resolve it. They were very responsive. And I ultimately got another package, with a small extra gift from them, so could not be happier!

GBFantastic service from Johnathan Fantastic service from Johnathan! I recently purchased a duffle from woolandok.com! As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took multiple pictures of the duffle, even sent videos to show them in more detail. The bag arrived quickly and safely packed. I am so delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend the Wool and Oak bags. I used mine twice already, the organization is impeccable. Both times I received compliments from fellow travelers and TSA officers. Thank you Johnathan, you went above and beyond and provided the best service!

DKthis is a scam this is a scam! do not buy in this online store! I was scammed for $600. preorder is actually a scam and you won't get anything. edit: don't lie. my order was supposed to be delivered by March at the latest. it was supposed to be a birthday present. give me my money back

ESDeceptive Company First of all, I have never felt the need to write a negative review about any company until now. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, please read all the painful reviews and run! I did not read their reviews and regretfully placed an order and paid in full for the Nova bag in January 2024 as a birthday gift. After multiple emails to inquire of a delivery date went unanswered, I felt something is not right and cancelled the order on 2/8/24. The company then communicated with a refusal to my order cancellation. Since I never received the bag, I contacted Visa to open a dispute for the charge. Again, it went unanswered until April 2nd, when Wool&Oak claimed that they send the bag out on 3/23/24 (more than a month after my cancellation), which is a total lie since I have not received anything from them as of 4/20/24! Visa notified me of their claim and I requested proof of a shipping document which they have yet to provide. Wool&Oak is a shady company with deceptive trade practices. Please beware.
