Delayed due to a cyclone in China? Scam or Incompetence? They keep pushing out my delivery date, latest is due to cyclone in China? I ordered in Oct 2023 for a Feb 2024 delivery. They moved it to April, now July? All the positive reviews on their site are from 2019? I think this is either a scam, or an extremely poorly run start up. Not sure what is worse, being a scam or being incompetent.

Wool & Oak - 5 star SCAMMERS I purchased a handbag February 2023. Over more than 12 months I have received varying stories why I have not received it - colour not available, coming from India, colour not available due to heat in India, bag was sent but lost in transit, what other colour would I like, sorry we only have this colour available ... Now my emails are not being responded to, webs claims order is fulfilled - no date no tracking number etc. WhenI look on their website I see that that particular bag is longer being advertised. Wish I could give 0 stars.

As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. I do love this bag I bought this bag on kickstarter and I love it! best for travel, daily commuting etc. Unfortunately the original bag I bought was stolen on my travels and lucky Wool and Oak had a sale which allowed me to replace my original bag. Unfortunately this one isn't quite the same quality as the first - the zips are a bit stiffer, the opening is a bit longer so its harder to close and the leather doesn't seem to be the same (but then again my original is gone so I can't compare accurately) but all in all I love this bag just disappointed the quality has dropped? thanks!

It is B-E-A-utiful I am in complete love with my bag. I chose the black leather, and I use it everyday for school. It holds all of the essentials, and is incredibly beautiful. It is elegant, stylish, and overall perfect. The only little quirk I have is that the bag itself sometimes have a few problems with keeping the structure. It is nothing that a jacket inside the bag, or a pull on the ends of the seams cannot fix. So overall amazing. I love W&O, and have heard about them a few years before finally buying a bag. So, new favourite bag company.
