GBI do love this bag I bought this bag on kickstarter and I love it! best for travel, daily commuting etc. Unfortunately the original bag I bought was stolen on my travels and lucky Wool and Oak had a sale which allowed me to replace my original bag. Unfortunately this one isn't quite the same quality as the first - the zips are a bit stiffer, the opening is a bit longer so its harder to close and the leather doesn't seem to be the same (but then again my original is gone so I can't compare accurately) but all in all I love this bag just disappointed the quality has dropped? thanks!

IEWool & Bot Placed an order, and paid, for a NOVA bag in November 2023, with an anticipated delivery date of February 2024. Needless to say, no bag has yet been delivered, and I am now very concerned that this order will never materialise. I have had to chase for updates, and only receive automatic bot-style responses that always promise a further update that never arrives.

ESDeceptive Company First of all, I have never felt the need to write a negative review about any company until now. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, please read all the painful reviews and run! I did not read their reviews and regretfully placed an order and paid in full for the Nova bag in January 2024 as a birthday gift. After multiple emails to inquire of a delivery date went unanswered, I felt something is not right and cancelled the order on 2/8/24. The company then communicated with a refusal to my order cancellation. Since I never received the bag, I contacted Visa to open a dispute for the charge. Again, it went unanswered until April 2nd, when Wool&Oak claimed that they send the bag out on 3/23/24 (more than a month after my cancellation), which is a total lie since I have not received anything from them as of 4/20/24! Visa notified me of their claim and I requested proof of a shipping document which they have yet to provide. Wool&Oak is a shady company with deceptive trade practices. Please beware.

AUWool & Oak - 5 star SCAMMERS I purchased a handbag February 2023. Over more than 12 months I have received varying stories why I have not received it - colour not available, coming from India, colour not available due to heat in India, bag was sent but lost in transit, what other colour would I like, sorry we only have this colour available ... Now my emails are not being responded to, webs claims order is fulfilled - no date no tracking number etc. WhenI look on their website I see that that particular bag is longer being advertised. Wish I could give 0 stars.

ATbest costumer service ever I am very excited about my new Wool and oak bag. Unfortunately something didn't work out with my delivery and the Wool and Oal team helped me immediately, were very supportive and accommodating! I have rarely experienced such good customer support. Mistakes happen, but how they are dealt with is the great art - thank you again!
