GBIt is B-E-A-utiful I am in complete love with my bag. I chose the black leather, and I use it everyday for school. It holds all of the essentials, and is incredibly beautiful. It is elegant, stylish, and overall perfect. The only little quirk I have is that the bag itself sometimes have a few problems with keeping the structure. It is nothing that a jacket inside the bag, or a pull on the ends of the seams cannot fix. So overall amazing. I love W&O, and have heard about them a few years before finally buying a bag. So, new favourite bag company.

As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took multiple pictures of the duffle, even sent videos to show them in more detail. The bag arrived quickly and safely packed. I am so delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend the Wool and Oak bags. I used mine twice already, the organization is impeccable. My parcel was lost by Royal Mail (through no fault of W&O), and the support team put a lot of effort trying to resolve it. They were very responsive. And I ultimately got another package, with a small extra gift from them, so could not be happier!

GBThe company is a fraud The company is a fraud, at least in violation of US Law. We ordered based on an ad for delivery on or about Christmas 2023. The product is delayed with ever more creative excuses and has still not been delivered as of April 2024. The product should have been delivered within 30 days, as no expectation was set. And US Law states that we are to be given the opportunity to cancel with full refund at each of these delays, however the company refuses to do this stating their policy is no refund or cancellation after five days.
