As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took multiple pictures of the duffle, even sent videos to show them in more detail. The bag arrived quickly and safely packed. I am so delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend the Wool and Oak bags. I used mine twice already, the organization is impeccable. Repeat customer. Excellent luggage that’s aged very well. I purchased the original duffle on kickstarter. I was pleased with the quality and price. When they launched the voyager set, I purchased a machine color (different texture). I use their Pro backpack daily, for several years. It’s held up increasingly well. I’m packing for a trip (first international in three years). The bags still look great, though my daily backpack is showing it’s use. I would purchase again, but their store seems to be out of stock.

Great set I've only had a chance to use the daily backpack, but everything feels very well made and high quality. I originally wanted it in smooth leather, but I can see how the pebbled finish might be a bit sturdier to prevent large marks.

this is a scam this is a scam! do not buy in this online store! I was scammed for $600. preorder is actually a scam and you won't get anything. edit: don't lie. my order was supposed to be delivered by March at the latest. it was supposed to be a birthday present. give me my money back

5 Stars for Wool & Oak!!! I'm a huge fan of Wool & Oak and the products they make. I purchased the Voyager Set years ago when it ran on Kickstarter, and I use it for all my travels to this day. The set still looks new, and I regularly get compliments on my luggage. More recently, I purchased the Wings backpack for day-to-day use. The bag is incredibly light and functional and holds up great to daily wear and tear. I'm looking forward to the next Wool & Oak launch and will certainly be purchasing more bags from the company in the future.
