Deceptive Company First of all, I have never felt the need to write a negative review about any company until now. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, please read all the painful reviews and run! I did not read their reviews and regretfully placed an order and paid in full for the Nova bag in January 2024 as a birthday gift. After multiple emails to inquire of a delivery date went unanswered, I felt something is not right and cancelled the order on 2/8/24. The company then communicated with a refusal to my order cancellation. Since I never received the bag, I contacted Visa to open a dispute for the charge. Again, it went unanswered until April 2nd, when Wool&Oak claimed that they send the bag out on 3/23/24 (more than a month after my cancellation), which is a total lie since I have not received anything from them as of 4/20/24! Visa notified me of their claim and I requested proof of a shipping document which they have yet to provide. Wool&Oak is a shady company with deceptive trade practices. Please beware.

Fantastic service from Johnathan Fantastic service from Johnathan! I recently purchased a duffle from woolandok.com! As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took multiple pictures of the duffle, even sent videos to show them in more detail. The bag arrived quickly and safely packed. I am so delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend the Wool and Oak bags. I used mine twice already, the organization is impeccable. Both times I received compliments from fellow travelers and TSA officers. Thank you Johnathan, you went above and beyond and provided the best service!

Please dont be fooled. BE WARNED I am like everyone else who has put a 1 star rating. I totally agree with everyone's poor reviews. This company has been dissapointing from the second email i recieved with a delay of delivery. My order was put in April 2023 supposed to be with me in march 2024 . No delivery no information other than more delays. I contacted WoolandOak expressing my concern and as they hadn't fulfill there contract I wanted to cancel the order. I was told the cancellation policy only gave me a window of 2weeks to cancel from the first order date. If you know your retail consumers policy this is incorrect if they haven't fulfilled their side of the contract. So I didnt bother to respond but I have raised a disturb with my credit company. It's a real shame as the product looks fantastic but I do feel that it is a scam. Please don't buy from this company and do read all the negative reviews and be warned.

Wool & Oak - 5 star SCAMMERS I purchased a handbag February 2023. Over more than 12 months I have received varying stories why I have not received it - colour not available, coming from India, colour not available due to heat in India, bag was sent but lost in transit, what other colour would I like, sorry we only have this colour available ... Now my emails are not being responded to, webs claims order is fulfilled - no date no tracking number etc. WhenI look on their website I see that that particular bag is longer being advertised. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Repeat customer. Excellent luggage that’s aged very well. I purchased the original duffle on kickstarter. I was pleased with the quality and price. When they launched the voyager set, I purchased a machine color (different texture). I use their Pro backpack daily, for several years. It’s held up increasingly well. I’m packing for a trip (first international in three years). The bags still look great, though my daily backpack is showing it’s use. I would purchase again, but their store seems to be out of stock.
