My parcel was lost by Royal Mail (through no fault of W&O), and the support team put a lot of effort trying to resolve it. They were very responsive. And I ultimately got another package, with a small extra gift from them, so could not be happier!

Great set I've only had a chance to use the daily backpack, but everything feels very well made and high quality. I originally wanted it in smooth leather, but I can see how the pebbled finish might be a bit sturdier to prevent large marks.

Unfortunately something didn't work out with my delivery and the Wool and Oal team helped me immediately, were very supportive and accommodating! I have rarely experienced such good customer support. 5 Stars for Wool & Oak!!! I'm a huge fan of Wool & Oak and the products they make. I purchased the Voyager Set years ago when it ran on Kickstarter, and I use it for all my travels to this day. The set still looks new, and I regularly get compliments on my luggage. More recently, I purchased the Wings backpack for day-to-day use. The bag is incredibly light and functional and holds up great to daily wear and tear. I'm looking forward to the next Wool & Oak launch and will certainly be purchasing more bags from the company in the future.

this is a scam this is a scam! do not buy in this online store! I was scammed for $600. preorder is actually a scam and you won't get anything. edit: don't lie. my order was supposed to be delivered by March at the latest. it was supposed to be a birthday present. give me my money back
