ESDeceptive Company First of all, I have never felt the need to write a negative review about any company until now. If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, please read all the painful reviews and run! I did not read their reviews and regretfully placed an order and paid in full for the Nova bag in January 2024 as a birthday gift. After multiple emails to inquire of a delivery date went unanswered, I felt something is not right and cancelled the order on 2/8/24. The company then communicated with a refusal to my order cancellation. Since I never received the bag, I contacted Visa to open a dispute for the charge. Again, it went unanswered until April 2nd, when Wool&Oak claimed that they send the bag out on 3/23/24 (more than a month after my cancellation), which is a total lie since I have not received anything from them as of 4/20/24! Visa notified me of their claim and I requested proof of a shipping document which they have yet to provide. Wool&Oak is a shady company with deceptive trade practices. Please beware.

GBUnresponsive customer service I place a pre-order for a Nova bag and was charged shipping despite their website stating that shipping was free in the US. I emailed twice and got no response except the automated email promising a response 1-2 business days. I can’t cancel the order because it’s a pre-order. It seems that their customer service is non-existence. Based on other reviews, I wonder if I will get the bag. UPDATE: Without responding to my original email about shipping charges, Wool & Oak canceled my pre-order. There’s still an outstanding question of whether they will charge for shipping even though their website advertises free shipping within the continental US for all products except ALl Day Bag Pre-Order.

GBPlaced a pre-order October25th with ETA… Placed a pre-order October25th with ETA of January. Followed up, then was told February. Followed up again, was told March and finally followed up again today and was told end of April. Charged my card $470 in October and still have no product on January 26. Told them I'd like to cancel since they couldn't fulfill the order in timeframe promised and I was told I could not cancel. Seems like a common practice of this company. Extremely disappointing as it looks like it could be a really nice bag if it's every received.

GBCompany does not provide customer service… This company does not respond to emails and doesn’t follow through on their commitments. Clearly they like getting bad reviews because they are crooks. Don’t do business with this company. They will take your money but won’t deliver a product. They have had my money for almost 5 months. This was to be my son’s 30th birthday gift. So much for that. Stay away

ATbest costumer service ever I am very excited about my new Wool and oak bag. Unfortunately something didn't work out with my delivery and the Wool and Oal team helped me immediately, were very supportive and accommodating! I have rarely experienced such good customer support. Mistakes happen, but how they are dealt with is the great art - thank you again!
