GBI do love this bag I bought this bag on kickstarter and I love it! best for travel, daily commuting etc. Unfortunately the original bag I bought was stolen on my travels and lucky Wool and Oak had a sale which allowed me to replace my original bag. Unfortunately this one isn't quite the same quality as the first - the zips are a bit stiffer, the opening is a bit longer so its harder to close and the leather doesn't seem to be the same (but then again my original is gone so I can't compare accurately) but all in all I love this bag just disappointed the quality has dropped? thanks!

GBFantastic service from Johnathan Fantastic service from Johnathan! I recently purchased a duffle from woolandok.com! As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took multiple pictures of the duffle, even sent videos to show them in more detail. The bag arrived quickly and safely packed. I am so delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend the Wool and Oak bags. I used mine twice already, the organization is impeccable. Both times I received compliments from fellow travelers and TSA officers. Thank you Johnathan, you went above and beyond and provided the best service!

ATbest costumer service ever I am very excited about my new Wool and oak bag. Unfortunately something didn't work out with my delivery and the Wool and Oal team helped me immediately, were very supportive and accommodating! I have rarely experienced such good customer support. Mistakes happen, but how they are dealt with is the great art - thank you again!

GBThe company is a fraud The company is a fraud, at least in violation of US Law. We ordered based on an ad for delivery on or about Christmas 2023. The product is delayed with ever more creative excuses and has still not been delivered as of April 2024. The product should have been delivered within 30 days, as no expectation was set. And US Law states that we are to be given the opportunity to cancel with full refund at each of these delays, however the company refuses to do this stating their policy is no refund or cancellation after five days.
