Please dont be fooled. BE WARNED I am like everyone else who has put a 1 star rating. I totally agree with everyone's poor reviews. This company has been dissapointing from the second email i recieved with a delay of delivery. My order was put in April 2023 supposed to be with me in march 2024 . No delivery no information other than more delays. I contacted WoolandOak expressing my concern and as they hadn't fulfill there contract I wanted to cancel the order. I was told the cancellation policy only gave me a window of 2weeks to cancel from the first order date. If you know your retail consumers policy this is incorrect if they haven't fulfilled their side of the contract. So I didnt bother to respond but I have raised a disturb with my credit company. It's a real shame as the product looks fantastic but I do feel that it is a scam. Please don't buy from this company and do read all the negative reviews and be warned.

BUYER BEWARE Buyer beware. I would not buy anything from this company. I have been waiting over 7 months for my product and haven’t received it even thought they charged my credit card. Make sure you read the fine print as pre-order items cannot be cancelled after 5 days. They also refuse to provide a phone number. There are very similar products available that are much less expensive.

I do love this bag I bought this bag on kickstarter and I love it! best for travel, daily commuting etc. Unfortunately the original bag I bought was stolen on my travels and lucky Wool and Oak had a sale which allowed me to replace my original bag. Unfortunately this one isn't quite the same quality as the first - the zips are a bit stiffer, the opening is a bit longer so its harder to close and the leather doesn't seem to be the same (but then again my original is gone so I can't compare accurately) but all in all I love this bag just disappointed the quality has dropped? thanks!

Fantastic service from Johnathan Fantastic service from Johnathan! I recently purchased a duffle from woolandok.com! As this was a substantial purchase for me I appreciated that Johnathan was really helpful and patient with me throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took multiple pictures of the duffle, even sent videos to show them in more detail. The bag arrived quickly and safely packed. I am so delighted with my purchase, I would highly recommend the Wool and Oak bags. I used mine twice already, the organization is impeccable. 5 Stars for Wool & Oak!!! I'm a huge fan of Wool & Oak and the products they make. I purchased the Voyager Set years ago when it ran on Kickstarter, and I use it for all my travels to this day. The set still looks new, and I regularly get compliments on my luggage. More recently, I purchased the Wings backpack for day-to-day use. The bag is incredibly light and functional and holds up great to daily wear and tear. I'm looking forward to the next Wool & Oak launch and will certainly be purchasing more bags from the company in the future.
