IEWool & Bot Placed an order, and paid, for a NOVA bag in November 2023, with an anticipated delivery date of February 2024. Needless to say, no bag has yet been delivered, and I am now very concerned that this order will never materialise. I have had to chase for updates, and only receive automatic bot-style responses that always promise a further update that never arrives.

GBPlease dont be fooled. BE WARNED I am like everyone else who has put a 1 star rating. I totally agree with everyone's poor reviews. This company has been dissapointing from the second email i recieved with a delay of delivery. My order was put in April 2023 supposed to be with me in march 2024 . No delivery no information other than more delays. I contacted WoolandOak expressing my concern and as they hadn't fulfill there contract I wanted to cancel the order. I was told the cancellation policy only gave me a window of 2weeks to cancel from the first order date. If you know your retail consumers policy this is incorrect if they haven't fulfilled their side of the contract. So I didnt bother to respond but I have raised a disturb with my credit company. It's a real shame as the product looks fantastic but I do feel that it is a scam. Please don't buy from this company and do read all the negative reviews and be warned.

GBBUYER BEWARE Buyer beware. I would not buy anything from this company. I have been waiting over 7 months for my product and haven’t received it even thought they charged my credit card. Make sure you read the fine print as pre-order items cannot be cancelled after 5 days. They also refuse to provide a phone number. There are very similar products available that are much less expensive.

GBIt is B-E-A-utiful I am in complete love with my bag. I chose the black leather, and I use it everyday for school. It holds all of the essentials, and is incredibly beautiful. It is elegant, stylish, and overall perfect. The only little quirk I have is that the bag itself sometimes have a few problems with keeping the structure. It is nothing that a jacket inside the bag, or a pull on the ends of the seams cannot fix. So overall amazing. I love W&O, and have heard about them a few years before finally buying a bag. So, new favourite bag company.

GBUnresponsive customer service I place a pre-order for a Nova bag and was charged shipping despite their website stating that shipping was free in the US. I emailed twice and got no response except the automated email promising a response 1-2 business days. I can’t cancel the order because it’s a pre-order. It seems that their customer service is non-existence. Based on other reviews, I wonder if I will get the bag. UPDATE: Without responding to my original email about shipping charges, Wool & Oak canceled my pre-order. There’s still an outstanding question of whether they will charge for shipping even though their website advertises free shipping within the continental US for all products except ALl Day Bag Pre-Order.
