Unresponsive customer service I place a pre-order for a Nova bag and was charged shipping despite their website stating that shipping was free in the US. I emailed twice and got no response except the automated email promising a response 1-2 business days. I can’t cancel the order because it’s a pre-order. It seems that their customer service is non-existence. Based on other reviews, I wonder if I will get the bag. UPDATE: Without responding to my original email about shipping charges, Wool & Oak canceled my pre-order. There’s still an outstanding question of whether they will charge for shipping even though their website advertises free shipping within the continental US for all products except ALl Day Bag Pre-Order.

Delayed due to a cyclone in China? Scam or Incompetence? They keep pushing out my delivery date, latest is due to cyclone in China? I ordered in Oct 2023 for a Feb 2024 delivery. They moved it to April, now July? All the positive reviews on their site are from 2019? I think this is either a scam, or an extremely poorly run start up. Not sure what is worse, being a scam or being incompetent.

The company is a fraud The company is a fraud, at least in violation of US Law. We ordered based on an ad for delivery on or about Christmas 2023. The product is delayed with ever more creative excuses and has still not been delivered as of April 2024. The product should have been delivered within 30 days, as no expectation was set. And US Law states that we are to be given the opportunity to cancel with full refund at each of these delays, however the company refuses to do this stating their policy is no refund or cancellation after five days.

Repeat customer. Excellent luggage that’s aged very well. I purchased the original duffle on kickstarter. I was pleased with the quality and price. When they launched the voyager set, I purchased a machine color (different texture). I use their Pro backpack daily, for several years. It’s held up increasingly well. I’m packing for a trip (first international in three years). The bags still look great, though my daily backpack is showing it’s use. I would purchase again, but their store seems to be out of stock.
