Love the products Shipping Too Must Love the products. Delivered quickly however they give you a discount on product advertise free shipping on sale items if purchase over a certain amount amount but by the time you i purchase 100 to 200 dollar in merchandise with sales items i then can’t use free shipping off merchandise over 50 dollars. They then charge me half my savings for the shipping charges. Not sure I’m really getting a good deal. I have made 3 purchases from here and think its time to take my business elsewhere. Spending $500 should get me free shipping not an addition $100+ in shipping cost.

please get back to me I emailed them a bunch of times and got no response I ordered my costume earlier purposely for this exact reason. It’s coming off like a scam website. Can’t track my order can’t get in contact with anybody. got one email from a fake name “George” telling me my billing address was wrong I sent the write one immediately and got no response. So bummed So bummed Bought a hard to find costume from here a week ago & paid for expedited shipping. No answer ever to calls or emails asking for a tracking #. & reading the reviews it seems likely I was scammed too. Now I have to go through the dispute process with PayPal Horrible customer service

Order did not ship for 16 days... Placed an order on Monday, October 4, 2021. Today is Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Still have not received notification that the order has shipped. Order #112584933. Update: I disputed the charge with my credit card company on October 25, 2021, and a few hours later AmiClubwear sent me a USPS tracking number. Coincidence? May 2022 edit: I did receive my order weeks afterward. I had to include this because the company believes the facts above include "content which goes against Trustpilot's guidelines." I'm simply telling exactly what happened.
