GBTerrible company! Terrible company!! I placed a huge order and when my shipment arrived( took longer than a month) it was half of the items. I emailed the company about it and they said it was all shipped together. I disputed with my bank and the end result was that there was nothing I can do. Lost $200. Never purchasing from this company ever again.

GBI love the selection and have a friend… I love the selection and have a friend who sent me here, so I knew they were legit. However, after I ordered, for some reason I cannot sign into my account. It told me my password was wrong so I attempted to reset it. After trying twice, I did not get a reset email. Also, when I did try to sign in and it rejected my information, it kept taking me to a blank white page that just says forbidden. I just want to be able to access the site to check on my order and order more stuff? Can you help me figure out this issue?

GBI placed an order on 10/31 I placed an order on 10/31. STILL processing? No confirmation email? My account order history says there are "no orders" in the system. WHAT IS GOING ON? YOUR policy states that I can CANCEL since my order clearly has not been processed! I NEED a tracking number TODAY or CONFIRMATION EMAIL otherwise I am demanding a refund. I have already been in contact with my credit card company to let them know about this situation. After having read all these horror reviews I regret giving my business to this company. I will also not tolerate any store credit or excuses about the items I ordered no longer being available! Please do right by your customers, these business practices are NOT right.

GBGetting very worried about my order as… Getting very worried about my order as the website states it takes 2 days to process but it’s been over a week and I’ve still not received shipping confirmation. Also tried to email a few times and no one gets back to me. Hoping it comes in time for Halloween but I have a feeling I won’t, I spent a lot of money on shipping too.
