Terrible company! Terrible company!! I placed a huge order and when my shipment arrived( took longer than a month) it was half of the items. I emailed the company about it and they said it was all shipped together. I disputed with my bank and the end result was that there was nothing I can do. Lost $200. Never purchasing from this company ever again.

I placed an order on 10/31 I placed an order on 10/31. STILL processing? No confirmation email? My account order history says there are "no orders" in the system. WHAT IS GOING ON? YOUR policy states that I can CANCEL since my order clearly has not been processed! I NEED a tracking number TODAY or CONFIRMATION EMAIL otherwise I am demanding a refund. I have already been in contact with my credit card company to let them know about this situation. After having read all these horror reviews I regret giving my business to this company. I will also not tolerate any store credit or excuses about the items I ordered no longer being available! Please do right by your customers, these business practices are NOT right.

Great place n good discounts slow confirmation on package Great place n good discounts, but they are slow on sending tracking info. And i also paid for priority shipping for halloween so I hope it makes it in time frfr. They suck at communicating and getting tracking numbers out
