I purchased KN95 masks from Vida but received M95c masks. This was not disclosed during the ordering process. I expected KN95 masks that are approved by a trusted source, not this substitute. The Lutema masks I received are deemed counterfeit by the CDC. search "cdc NIOSH mask counterfeit"

GBIll fitting and poor quality Based on other reviews I was expecting excellent quality masks but was very disappointed. Even after nose and ear adjustments the fit was poor with gaps at the sides and lower portions. One of the plastic ear piece stoppers fell off during the first wearing. I gave this two stars instead of one because the fabric was good quality and shipping was prompt.

GBUsed to be great I ordered masks from them last year and was great. My gf did as well and it was amazing. I ordered masks in July 27th still haven’t received anything. This is especially frustrating since it said they were in stock. I paid for two day shipping and I’m still here without any masks. Truly frustrating customer service but no notification or follow up regarding delays considering product was “in stock”….

GBWatch out - Fake protection masks Watch out!!! This company is trying to sell by creating confusion… their masks are NOT certified against ANY recognized protection standard. They announce themselves as KN95 compliance, however, they do not have proof for it. These masks are stamped with M95 rating which is not recognized by any authority and they do not offer any data to support their protection level. They are selling overpriced masks with no evidence they can backup the claims they make.

GBDisappointed Metal nose piece is nothing more than a twist tie found on a loaf of bread, rubber pieces to adjust the length of ear straps arrived broken. Not sure how this brand received such glowing media reviews. **Appreciate that the company reached out due to this review, however, each replacement received has been defective with either a broken earpiece adjuster or problematic nose piece. Thank you for responding, customer service has done what they can at this point.
