Terrible experience Terrible experience. Please donot use this companies service. This company using COVID situation to scam people. The website showed K95 kids masks as available and I paid extra for expedited shipping. The masks are already overpriced but still I trusted based on an article I read for mask recommendations. Order was placed on 8/2 for KN95 masks and after multiple emails and Twitter messages they sent me M95c masks which are essentially dust masks. When I questioned them their answer was their vendor ships M95c when they don’t have KN95. Their service is terrible and stay away from these SCAMMERS. Dispute your bank and get your money bank.

Watch out - Fake protection masks Watch out!!! This company is trying to sell by creating confusion… their masks are NOT certified against ANY recognized protection standard. They announce themselves as KN95 compliance, however, they do not have proof for it. These masks are stamped with M95 rating which is not recognized by any authority and they do not offer any data to support their protection level. They are selling overpriced masks with no evidence they can backup the claims they make.

I ordered 30 FDA registered kids KN95… I ordered 30 FDA registered kids KN95 masks on 8/16. Order arrived on 09/13. No manufacturer information, no manufacturing date, no shipping slip, no receipt included. Masks came in 6 thin plastic bags (5 each). This is seriously wrong! Who can trust the quality and safety of such products?! I emailed vida immediately and asked for return and refund. After 4 rounds of email correspondence, vida still refused to refund me. I contacted my credit card bank today. Will see how it goes.

Ill fitting and poor quality Based on other reviews I was expecting excellent quality masks but was very disappointed. Even after nose and ear adjustments the fit was poor with gaps at the sides and lower portions. One of the plastic ear piece stoppers fell off during the first wearing. I gave this two stars instead of one because the fabric was good quality and shipping was prompt.

Shady !!! Stay away !!!! Trying to return my item the Dyson hair wrap wand literally the day after I bought it and they have not responded once . Used the email they give out and Facebook and nothing . I would not buy from these guys stay away . I’m looking into now legally as I have no choice . Do not buy from them they don’t reply or take any notice and there is no way to contact them only that Email address on their website . Shady shady !!! I’m three weeks trying !!!!
