Nice coat, swift delivery into store After reading all the recent terrible reviews I nearly didn't buy this coat, so when all went well I felt I should leave a well deserved positive review. I ordered the coat Sunday afternoon for delivery into my local Next store. Communication was good and the order was ready to collect by 12.35 on Monday. Collection was easy and the coat is exactly as I hoped it would be.

Foxton Wellies After complaining to joules directly about 6 week old faulty wellies their initial response was poor saying it wasn't a manufacturing fault & there was nothing they could do. I then wrote a review on here explaining my disappointment with Joules to which the they did respond promptly & effectively by sending me a gift card for the full amount that the wellies cost. Absolutely love Joules clothing! Absolutely love Joules clothing. My absolute favourite is my green packaway raincoat which is the best coat I’ve ever had! It’s completely waterproof, stylish, breathable & I get so many compliments when I wear it. A lot of my wardrobe is Joules, I’m a huge fan! They always have everything on offer too & delivery is always fast. They offer easy return options as well.

Less than 3 months wear and already split in wellie My partner got me a pair of mid wellies for Christmas and the left boot has already split. Very disappointed with the quality of Joules wellies having really liked them in the past. Wont buy again.

Have just purchased the wilcote… Have just purchased the wilcote tan/brown waterproof padded coat and I am absolutely thrilled with it, excellent quality as expected from joules and this coat fits perfectly...Very Happy customer 😊
