My refund issue finally resolved Updated Review - I am pleased to say that after having trouble receiving my refund for a pink fair isle Charlotte Joules jumper, I received an email stating that Joules would do an investigation at their warehouse and now a further email stating I will receive my refund shortly. Less than 3 months wear and already split in wellie My partner got me a pair of mid wellies for Christmas and the left boot has already split. Very disappointed with the quality of Joules wellies having really liked them in the past. Wont buy again.

Absolutely love Joules clothing! Absolutely love Joules clothing. My absolute favourite is my green packaway raincoat which is the best coat I’ve ever had! It’s completely waterproof, stylish, breathable & I get so many compliments when I wear it. A lot of my wardrobe is Joules, I’m a huge fan! They always have everything on offer too & delivery is always fast. They offer easy return options as well.

DO NOT BUY WELLIES Wellies have developed a bump in the inside sole part making them impossible to wear! Only been worn 4 times! Joules offer no aftercare or decent service as it falls just out of their 12 month warranty. Who wears wellies all year round though? DO NOT BUY FROM JOULES. Addit post joules reply: I have already sent your team a message with photos showing the the fault is clearly not a consumer one, and how unworn the wellies are, but I have been told that nothing can be done as it is just outside of the measly one year warranty you provide on a product that is certainly not used all year round anyway. I will re send this information again to the suggested e mail but I expect yet another pitiful response. Shame on joules, whom I thought was a genuine decent company.

Joules field wellies Bought Joules field wellies 8 months ago. They only had light use and are now unusable as the lining has split and rolled up causing accute blisters. Contacted customer services who were not interested but after a poor review Joules came back to offer a full refund The product is still poor but customer services have redeemed themselves with a very friendly and prompt refund. Well done Joules!
