Foxton Wellies After complaining to joules directly about 6 week old faulty wellies their initial response was poor saying it wasn't a manufacturing fault & there was nothing they could do. I then wrote a review on here explaining my disappointment with Joules to which the they did respond promptly & effectively by sending me a gift card for the full amount that the wellies cost. Product bobbled Product bobbled, stitching has come undone and the colour isn't the best, even after following washing instructions. Others need to be aware of the horrendous quality of the products with premium prices. I wouldn't expect this type of quality with something from Primark.

I purchased some navy field wellies… I purchased some navy field wellies December 2022 to stock up as i thought Joules was closing down i have only just started wearing these wellies over the christmas period and already one is leaking , my foot was soaking after wearing them yesterday i have sent pictures showing that they have hardly been worn and the customer assistant agreed that she could see that. I have been offered a £10 voucher because they are just out of warranty which is not good enough as they should last longer than a few weeks! I am pleased to say i have now received a gift card for the amount i paid. Thank you Joules!

Absolutely love Joules clothing! Absolutely love Joules clothing. My absolute favourite is my green packaway raincoat which is the best coat I’ve ever had! It’s completely waterproof, stylish, breathable & I get so many compliments when I wear it. A lot of my wardrobe is Joules, I’m a huge fan! They always have everything on offer too & delivery is always fast. They offer easy return options as well.

Have just purchased the wilcote… Have just purchased the wilcote tan/brown waterproof padded coat and I am absolutely thrilled with it, excellent quality as expected from joules and this coat fits perfectly...Very Happy customer 😊
