GBI purchased a pair of women's… I purchased a pair of women's Wellington boots in December, and already they are split and letting in water. No help at all from joules as it's my fault for buying them from house of Fraser. I would consider this to be a manufacturing issue not to do with which shop they were purchased. Never but these, they are no longer quality.

GBFoxton Wellies After complaining to joules directly about 6 week old faulty wellies their initial response was poor saying it wasn't a manufacturing fault & there was nothing they could do. I then wrote a review on here explaining my disappointment with Joules to which the they did respond promptly & effectively by sending me a gift card for the full amount that the wellies cost. So I would like to thank Joules for rectifying my issues. Clare Mellors

GBNice coat, swift delivery into store After reading all the recent terrible reviews I nearly didn't buy this coat, so when all went well I felt I should leave a well deserved positive review. I ordered the coat Sunday afternoon for delivery into my local Next store. Communication was good and the order was ready to collect by 12.35 on Monday. Collection was easy and the coat is exactly as I hoped it would be.

AUDO NOT BUY WELLIES Wellies have developed a bump in the inside sole part making them impossible to wear! Only been worn 4 times! Joules offer no aftercare or decent service as it falls just out of their 12 month warranty. Who wears wellies all year round though? DO NOT BUY FROM JOULES. Addit post joules reply: I have already sent your team a message with photos showing the the fault is clearly not a consumer one, and how unworn the wellies are, but I have been told that nothing can be done as it is just outside of the measly one year warranty you provide on a product that is certainly not used all year round anyway. I will re send this information again to the suggested e mail but I expect yet another pitiful response. Shame on joules, whom I thought was a genuine decent company.

GBSadly Joules has gone very downhill… Sadly Joules has gone very downhill since it was taken over. Their website rarely has things in stock and no option to get emailed when it is back in stock you just have to keep checking - something I am doing less and less frequently! Their style has also changed a lot. They still have the polo style tops, and striped tops, but gone are the flowers, colours, bold prints and fun animal patterns and have become yet another bland high street store - if you can fine anything in stock. Very disappointed by the decline as it was a favourite store.
