Their website rarely has things in stock and no option to get emailed when it is back in stock you just have to keep checking - something I am doing less and less frequently! Their style has also changed a lot. They still have the polo style tops, and striped tops, but gone are the flowers, colours, bold prints and fun animal patterns and have become yet another bland high street store - if you can fine anything in stock. Very disappointed by the decline as it was a favourite store.

Just pick up my delivery to Next,which… Just pick up my delivery to Next,which was so convenient.However l am very disappointed with the new Falmouth Rugby shirt as it is much bigger than previous rugby shirts purchases.The length is way longer and the sleeves also are much too long.Such a shame as otherwise it's is really well made and great quality.I also found l couldn"t review on Joules site.

Absolutely love Joules clothing! Absolutely love Joules clothing. My absolute favourite is my green packaway raincoat which is the best coat I’ve ever had! It’s completely waterproof, stylish, breathable & I get so many compliments when I wear it. A lot of my wardrobe is Joules, I’m a huge fan! They always have everything on offer too & delivery is always fast. They offer easy return options as well.

I purchased some navy field wellies… I purchased some navy field wellies December 2022 to stock up as i thought Joules was closing down i have only just started wearing these wellies over the christmas period and already one is leaking , my foot was soaking after wearing them yesterday i have sent pictures showing that they have hardly been worn and the customer assistant agreed that she could see that. I have been offered a £10 voucher because they are just out of warranty which is not good enough as they should last longer than a few weeks! I am pleased to say i have now received a gift card for the amount i paid. Thank you Joules!

Nice coat, swift delivery into store After reading all the recent terrible reviews I nearly didn't buy this coat, so when all went well I felt I should leave a well deserved positive review. I ordered the coat Sunday afternoon for delivery into my local Next store. Communication was good and the order was ready to collect by 12.35 on Monday. Collection was easy and the coat is exactly as I hoped it would be.
