GBI purchased some navy field wellies… I purchased some navy field wellies December 2022 to stock up as i thought Joules was closing down i have only just started wearing these wellies over the christmas period and already one is leaking , my foot was soaking after wearing them yesterday i have sent pictures showing that they have hardly been worn and the customer assistant agreed that she could see that. I have been offered a £10 voucher because they are just out of warranty which is not good enough as they should last longer than a few weeks! I am pleased to say i have now received a gift card for the amount i paid. Thank you Joules!

GBI purchased a pair of women's… I purchased a pair of women's Wellington boots in December, and already they are split and letting in water. No help at all from joules as it's my fault for buying them from house of Fraser. I would consider this to be a manufacturing issue not to do with which shop they were purchased. Never but these, they are no longer quality.

GBNice coat, swift delivery into store After reading all the recent terrible reviews I nearly didn't buy this coat, so when all went well I felt I should leave a well deserved positive review. I ordered the coat Sunday afternoon for delivery into my local Next store. Communication was good and the order was ready to collect by 12.35 on Monday. Collection was easy and the coat is exactly as I hoped it would be.

GBPoor quality items I bought some jeans which have worn out after a year - I’d expect them to be more durable and last longer (especially as I have several pairs and don’t wear them that much). Unhelpful customer service people at Joules not offering to assist in any way, despite a disappointing quality product.

GBDo not buy Joules Wellingtons I second the review just left by another disappointed customer regarding Joules Wellingtons..DO NOT BUY!! I bought mine directly from Joules and they did not even last a year before both boots split…one split being so big that you could see my sock underneath. As I reported it literally days after I had them for a year..I was told they were not under warranty and was offered a £10 voucher as a good will gesture. Granted, I bought them in the Joules sale but regardless, Wellingtons should not split when less than a year old…very substandard quality for what I held as a quality company.
