Very poor quality item bought Very poor quality item bought, the jumper was bought during my holiday to Holt ( I live in Leeds) . I did not keep the receipt. I have spoken to Joules about the matter where the jumper is less than a year old and is loosing colour( April 2023). I was told to take it back to Norfolk (3.5 hour drive away) with a reciept. I did explain what I have explained here and they have not replied yet ( Over a week now) so I guess thats them finished with the matter. I had bought 2 more when we did our last ever visit to Norfolk ( October 2023) lets hope these last longer. At £65 a go I would have thought the quality would have been better and I am disgusted with the customer service that does not help at all.

Sadly Joules has gone very downhill… Sadly Joules has gone very downhill since it was taken over. Their website rarely has things in stock and no option to get emailed when it is back in stock you just have to keep checking - something I am doing less and less frequently! Their style has also changed a lot. They still have the polo style tops, and striped tops, but gone are the flowers, colours, bold prints and fun animal patterns and have become yet another bland high street store - if you can fine anything in stock. Very disappointed by the decline as it was a favourite store.

I'm left with 2 gift cards… I'm left with 2 gift cards involuntarily. I am unable to check the balances of gift cards or use them online, as that service seems to be unavailable for few months now. I have been reaching out to Joules on number of occasions in a space of few months asking to advise on this, as well as investigate my queries regarding discrepancies woth refunds, as it seems I keep being refunded short. However, I have been gettinv nowhere and Joules still owes me money. I feel trapped with Joules for a bout a year now. And lost about £400 when they refused to refund money and instead issued a gift card. And on their website , they still offered refund to be credited to your bank account at that stage. I feel robbed and I am gettinv close taking further action if I don't get resolution soon.

DO NOT BUY WELLIES Wellies have developed a bump in the inside sole part making them impossible to wear! Only been worn 4 times! Joules offer no aftercare or decent service as it falls just out of their 12 month warranty. Who wears wellies all year round though? DO NOT BUY FROM JOULES. Addit post joules reply: I have already sent your team a message with photos showing the the fault is clearly not a consumer one, and how unworn the wellies are, but I have been told that nothing can be done as it is just outside of the measly one year warranty you provide on a product that is certainly not used all year round anyway. I will re send this information again to the suggested e mail but I expect yet another pitiful response. Shame on joules, whom I thought was a genuine decent company.
