Very poor quality item bought Very poor quality item bought, the jumper was bought during my holiday to Holt ( I live in Leeds) . I did not keep the receipt. I have spoken to Joules about the matter where the jumper is less than a year old and is loosing colour( April 2023). I was told to take it back to Norfolk (3.5 hour drive away) with a reciept. I did explain what I have explained here and they have not replied yet ( Over a week now) so I guess thats them finished with the matter. I had bought 2 more when we did our last ever visit to Norfolk ( October 2023) lets hope these last longer. At £65 a go I would have thought the quality would have been better and I am disgusted with the customer service that does not help at all.

Product bobbled Product bobbled, stitching has come undone and the colour isn't the best, even after following washing instructions. Others need to be aware of the horrendous quality of the products with premium prices. I wouldn't expect this type of quality with something from Primark.

Poor quality I thought paying more for a t shirt would mean a better product but no, after about 3 washes it has faded and bobbled just like the cheap ones. Maybe the additional cost is for better design but what is the point if I cannot wear it any more? So disappointed. I love their bed linens, great design AND quality, and I have a fantastic bag from this brand, but will not buy their clothing again.

Just pick up my delivery to Next, which… Just pick up my delivery to Next, which was so convenient. However l am very disappointed with the new Falmouth Rugby shirt as it is much bigger than previous rugby shirts purchases. The length is way longer and the sleeves also are much too long.Such a shame as otherwise it's is really well made and great quality.I also found l couldn"t review on Joules site.

Foxton Wellies After complaining to joules directly about 6 week old faulty wellies their initial response was poor saying it wasn't a manufacturing fault & there was nothing they could do. I then wrote a review on here explaining my disappointment with Joules to which the they did respond promptly & effectively by sending me a gift card for the full amount that the wellies cost. So I would like to thank Joules for rectifying my issues. Clare Mellors
