GBDo not buy Joules Wellingtons I second the review just left by another disappointed customer regarding Joules Wellingtons..DO NOT BUY!! I bought mine directly from Joules and they did not even last a year before both boots split…one split being so big that you could see my sock underneath. As I reported it literally days after I had them for a year..I was told they were not under warranty and was offered a £10 voucher as a good will gesture. Granted, I bought them in the Joules sale but regardless, Wellingtons should not split when less than a year old…very substandard quality for what I held as a quality company.

GBPoor quality I thought paying more for a t shirt would mean a better product but no, after about 3 washes it has faded and bobbled just like the cheap ones. Maybe the additional cost is for better design but what is the point if I cannot wear it any more? So disappointed. I love their bed linens, great design AND quality, and I have a fantastic bag from this brand, but will not buy their clothing again.

GBJoules field wellies Bought Joules field wellies 8 months ago. They only had light use and are now unusable as the lining has split and rolled up causing accute blisters. Contacted customer services who were not interested but after a poor review Joules came back to offer a full refund The product is still poor but customer services have redeemed themselves with a very friendly and prompt refund. Well done Joules!

GBPoor quality items I bought some jeans which have worn out after a year - I’d expect them to be more durable and last longer (especially as I have several pairs and don’t wear them that much). Unhelpful customer service people at Joules not offering to assist in any way, despite a disappointing quality product.

GBI'm left with 2 gift cards… I'm left with 2 gift cards involuntarily. I am unable to check the balances of gift cards or use them online, as that service seems to be unavailable for few months now. I have been reaching out to Joules on number of occasions in a space of few months asking to advise on this, as well as investigate my queries regarding discrepancies woth refunds, as it seems I keep being refunded short. However, I have been gettinv nowhere and Joules still owes me money. I feel trapped with Joules for a bout a year now. And lost about £400 when they refused to refund money and instead issued a gift card. And on their website , they still offered refund to be credited to your bank account at that stage. I feel robbed and I am gettinv close taking further action if I don't get resolution soon.
