GBNice coat, swift delivery into store After reading all the recent terrible reviews I nearly didn't buy this coat, so when all went well I felt I should leave a well deserved positive review. I ordered the coat Sunday afternoon for delivery into my local Next store. Communication was good and the order was ready to collect by 12.35 on Monday. Collection was easy and the coat is exactly as I hoped it would be.

GBJust pick up my delivery to Next,which… Just pick up my delivery to Next,which was so convenient.However l am very disappointed with the new Falmouth Rugby shirt as it is much bigger than previous rugby shirts purchases.The length is way longer and the sleeves also are much too long.Such a shame as otherwise it's is really well made and great quality.I also found l couldn"t review on Joules site.

GBJoules field wellies Bought Joules field wellies 8 months ago. They only had light use and are now unusable as the lining has split and rolled up causing accute blisters. Contacted customer services who were not interested but after a poor review Joules came back to offer a full refund The product is still poor but customer services have redeemed themselves with a very friendly and prompt refund. Well done Joules!

GBFoxton Wellies After complaining to joules directly about 6 week old faulty wellies their initial response was poor saying it wasn't a manufacturing fault & there was nothing they could do. I then wrote a review on here explaining my disappointment with Joules to which the they did respond promptly & effectively by sending me a gift card for the full amount that the wellies cost. So I would like to thank Joules for rectifying my issues. Clare Mellors

GBLess than 3 months wear and already split in wellie My partner got me a pair of mid wellies for Christmas and the left boot has already split. Very disappointed with the quality of Joules wellies having really liked them in the past. Wont buy again.
