My refund issue finally resolved Updated Review - I am pleased to say that after having trouble receiving my refund for a pink fair isle Charlotte Joules jumper, I received an email stating that Joules would do an investigation at their warehouse and now a further email stating I will receive my refund shortly. This is much better service. Thank you Joules

Was given a purse as a gift Was given a purse as a gift, I've only had it 2 months and it's already started flaking, this morning the whole back compartment has just ripped off. It's such shoddy manufacturing. When I contacted Joules just now they basically said if I have no proof of purchase (umm it's a gift so no!) Then that's it really. I will never purchase anything from joules again, the quality and customer care had gone down hill dramatically. Surely as a faulty product the item should be replaced? I sent pictures so they could clearly see it's there's One customer lost Joules!

Less than 3 months wear and already split in wellie My partner got me a pair of mid wellies for Christmas and the left boot has already split. Very disappointed with the quality of Joules wellies having really liked them in the past. Wont buy again.

I purchased a pair of women's… I purchased a pair of women's Wellington boots in December, and already they are split and letting in water. No help at all from joules as it's my fault for buying them from house of Fraser. I would consider this to be a manufacturing issue not to do with which shop they were purchased. Never but these, they are no longer quality.

Poor quality I thought paying more for a t shirt would mean a better product but no, after about 3 washes it has faded and bobbled just like the cheap ones. Maybe the additional cost is for better design but what is the point if I cannot wear it any more? So disappointed. I love their bed linens, great design AND quality, and I have a fantastic bag from this brand, but will not buy their clothing again.
