I have not received my order as of yet I have not received my order as of yet, nor have I been notified when I can expect it. The tracking app & tracking # show my order had been in Fremont, CA since the day I placed the order. I sent an email several days ago asking for information as to its status, but have not received a reply.

Still waiting for order to ship My mom has been wanting this particular purchase for the longest so I decided to order for a gift. Per the website it states there’s a 1-3 business day processing timeframe... I ordered item over 7 business days ago and even paid express shipping of $25 yet no reply to my email from customer service. However, on this 7th business day I sent a message via IG and received a standard reply but no information directly related to my order was provided so I’m not sure what’s really happening with my purchase or when I should receive it. If it ships within the next two day and there’s no issues upon arrival I’ll be glad to revise my review.

Not impressed I received the bag as a gift. Within a week one shoulder strap began to tear. A seam on the inside pocket also tore. Notified company and a new bag was received. This from a better manufacture, per Dolorey. After 4 weeks of using the new bag one shoulder strap has torn, almost completely through. I reached out to Dolorey, with pictures and after 2 weeks have yet to receive a response. I am NOT impressed and will NOT recommend Dolorey bags.

Nice Quality I bought the small Genuine Leather Embossing Totem Elegant Handbag. The size is perfect, not small at all. Many friends were curious as to where it shipped from and how long it would take since there are so many companies from Asia flooding the market. Well, it shipped from California, and it took 5 days, including a weekend. The leather is firm, not supple, just like it looks and I am totally okay with this. It's very well made and very classy looking. They have a great rewards program, and I look forward to buying more soon!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!! They dont give you any return instructions or receipts in your shipment. No way to return and they dont return emails! Shame on Facebook for letting them sell on there!! HORRIBLE
