GBGenerally speaking Generally speaking, the service is direr. We ordered the glasses in 2016, our little one was five then, and the glasses did not come into use until he was six and a half. The glasses frame had already fracture in the storage case before use, and once my little ones started using, then the lens fell out. EnChroma never answered any of our communications, and finally, we raised a case to PayPal, which was found in our favour and provided us with a full refund. The major let down is zero communication and the overall quality of the product.

GBReally bad customer support and returns Some of the worst customer support I've ever encountered - I've known my entire life I'm red weak, all red colours are really dark. Finally decided to try glasses and the Enchroma test said I was Deutranope (Green weak). These days the test says strong Protanope (Red weak), guess they fixed it. Not an expert so no way I could know they're different without a long search. I ordered the recommended Green weak glasses, they did nothing, looked up the terminology and decided to try for replacements as the test had made a mistake. Their customer support blocked me at every stage, took vast amounts of time to answer queries, stalled and told me it would cost more to return them than I'd paid for them (in the UK). This was in 2020 - but I tried talking to them again a few years later after Covid and got an equally bad response. The stupidly expensive glasses are sitting on a shelf unused. Maybe their Protanope glasses work great? But their customer support will avoid any kind of refund or exchange at all costs! Date was before earliest date I could enter on the site.

IECustomer service non existent Customer service non existent. Unreachable when the return of the product was requested. Have sent 5 emails and phoned several times without an acknowledgement of the emails and just get voicemail on the phones. Have emailed both their UK and US "support" addresses.

ESGood but not as "wow" as thee videos show Strong Protan. Bought sunglasses. There is some improvement to the vision of reds. Although with some drawbacks: they kind of tint the rest of the colors. They only seem to work on reflected lights (on emitted lights, like the one of a screen doesn't seem to work). They must be used in open sun to see some effect. At the moment it's the best available option if you want to improve your color vision.

GBThese glasses are frickin awesome These glasses are frickin awesome! I don't know if my vision with them is the same as what a normal person has. But one thing will never be the same. They've been seeing colors all their life, so for them, what's the big deal. But I got my color vision at age 65. I will never cease to be awe-struck by the green of the trees, the reds, oranges and purples of flowers, the sunrises and sunsets. It's truley amazing.
