You sell a premium product. Start acting like a premium brand!! If you are ordering from the UK you will be charged £25 for delivery and then have to pay 25% cost of your order at your door, which for me was an £85 kick in the metaphorical nuts. Oh and if you don't accept the package, you can't get a refund! So you just accept you have to pay over £100 for the physical delivery of a £270 product.... Great This has severely tainted my experience with Enchroma and their disregard for the end user. Enchroma, please put a rough calculation of what the real cost of delivery will be so your customers can make well informed choices!

He has deutan color blindness, a type of color vision deficiency where red and green hues are difficult to distinguish. These glasses have been effective in enhancing red colors (also purple, pink, orange), making them more vivid and noticeable for him.

The slew of bogus reviews is disgusting, and the level of manipulation this company has gone to, to pull the will over your. Eyes is insane. Avoid this despicable company at all costs.

The company's terrible pricing policy The company's terrible pricing policy. 10 months ago I flew to Kuala Lumpur and bought glasses for $300. Today I flew to the city on business and decided to update the lenses, as there were scratches on them. Lens replacement costs $290. Are you serious??? Allegedly, they will be specially cut out for my frame. If I had known about their policy, I would not have bought these glasses a year ago. In fact, they don't change color much. If you want to but haven't bought it yet, it's better not to buy it. I don't understand their attitude to their clients. Instead of selling new glasses to your loyal audience in such an ugly way, it's better to give them privileges and we will be your ambassadors
