Really bad customer support and returns Some of the worst customer support I've ever encountered - I've known my entire life I'm red weak, all red colours are really dark. Finally decided to try glasses and the Enchroma test said I was Deutranope (Green weak). These days the test says strong Protanope (Red weak), guess they fixed it. Not an expert so no way I could know they're different without a long search. I ordered the recommended Green weak glasses, they did nothing, looked up the terminology and decided to try for replacements as the test had made a mistake. Their customer support blocked me at every stage, took vast amounts of time to answer queries, stalled and told me it would cost more to return them than I'd paid for them (in the UK). This was in 2020 - but I tried talking to them again a few years later after Covid and got an equally bad response. The stupidly expensive glasses are sitting on a shelf unused. Maybe their Protanope glasses work great? But their customer support will avoid any kind of refund or exchange at all costs! Date was before earliest date I could enter on the site.

No refund despite their money back guarantee. The glasses made no difference to my son. Despite their money back guarantee, my return request was ignored, more than once, and only accepted once I’d opened a Paypal case. The glasses were returned by Royal Mail tracked but no refund has been received. All correspondence since had been ignored so I’ve had to escalate the PayPal case to receive my £284.00 Incidentally, when I was contemplating purchasing the glasses and asked a question and needed help with filling in the prescription, their communications were excellent, answering every email straight away! I wouldn’t recommend these glasses but if you do decide to purchase them, I’d strongly advise to use PayPal so you’re covered in the event of being ignored, as I have been.

Purchased the glasses and didn't feel… Purchased the glasses and didn't feel they made enought difference to justify the cost. Got a return label after only two emails (!) Returned and have DPD confirmation of delivery. No refund. Six emails and three calls (unanswered) later, still no refund. Now have to go through the hassle of making a claim via my credit card provider. Do not trust them!

Great, love them Was suggested these glasses by a friend when I said I needed a new pair of glasses for work but was struggling to find a good pair. Delivery was prompt and the cost was appropriate, a little pricey but worth spending money on a decent product. I initially wasn't going to post a review but was surprised to see the negative ones on here so thought to add my experience

There support team is not up to the task of dealing with customers. There glasses are promising, but o dear, there customer service is not up to the task of handeling support request. I think they have just a few people on straf. I requested a return, they came back to me with the promise to send me a return label within 48 hours, 6 days later, no return label. I mailed them many times requesting an explanation of the delay, but did not receive any response whatsoever. I'm sure they're not willingly defrauding people, but if you wanne do business, your customer care team need to be up to the task. It makes or breaks your reputation, and if you ask me, they are breaking there's. I'm gonna file a claim with Paypal to get my money back. What a shame it has to go that way. I liked to order the correct glasses for my eyes, but oh dear, that's not gonna happen.
