Before you think about buying these… Before you think about buying these glasses, watch the videos on them as being a scam on youtube, they prove beyond a doubt that it is a scam! If you buy these you will be throwing your money away.

The glasses frame had already fracture in the storage case before use, and once my little ones started using, then the lens fell out. EnChroma never answered any of our communications, and finally, we raised a case to PayPal, which was found in our favour and provided us with a full refund. The major let down is zero communication and the overall quality of the product.

Customer service non existent Customer service non existent. Unreachable when the return of the product was requested. Have sent 5 emails and phoned several times without an acknowledgement of the emails and just get voicemail on the phones. Have emailed both their UK and US "support" addresses.

The company's terrible pricing policy The company's terrible pricing policy. 10 months ago I flew to Kuala Lumpur and bought glasses for $300. Today I flew to the city on business and decided to update the lenses, as there were scratches on them. Lens replacement costs $290. Are you serious??? Allegedly, they will be specially cut out for my frame. If I had known about their policy, I would not have bought these glasses a year ago. In fact, they don't change color much. If you want to but haven't bought it yet, it's better not to buy it. I don't understand their attitude to their clients. Instead of selling new glasses to your loyal audience in such an ugly way, it's better to give them privileges and we will be your ambassadors
