GBPurchased the glasses and didn't feel… Purchased the glasses and didn't feel they made enought difference to justify the cost. Got a return label after only two emails (!) Returned and have DPD confirmation of delivery. No refund. Six emails and three calls (unanswered) later, still no refund. Now have to go through the hassle of making a claim via my credit card provider. Do not trust them!

GBExcellent service + product I've been wholly enjoying my Protan Oakvales since buying them.. I think it's important to understand that these products are all off-the-shelf rather than personally customised; thus, whilst designed to work best for as many people as possible, they may not be perfect for everyone. I must admit I didn't really see anything 'jump out' at me the moment I tried my glasses on the first time or have that elation of sudden revelation, but after wearing them for extended periods, it's actually when I take them off that I realise just what I'm missing out on. There are colours in so many things I never thought were present, but are... and nature is certainly way more exciting to look at. They certainly add joy to being outdoors and they improve my quality of life by unveiling parts of the visual light spectrum that I would otherwise have trouble with, even if they're not 'tuned' to my unique colourblindness. Really looking forward to using them as much as I can this upcoming summer. Also, big shoutout to Helena on the customer support team for helping me out when I damaged my first pair. greatly appreciated :-)

ESGood but not as "wow" as thee videos show Strong Protan. Bought sunglasses. There is some improvement to the vision of reds. Although with some drawbacks: they kind of tint the rest of the colors. They only seem to work on reflected lights (on emitted lights, like the one of a screen doesn't seem to work). They must be used in open sun to see some effect. At the moment it's the best available option if you want to improve your color vision.

GBYou sell a premium product. Start acting like a premium brand!! If you are ordering from the UK you will be charged £25 for delivery and then have to pay 25% cost of your order at your door, which for me was an £85 kick in the metaphorical nuts. Oh and if you don't accept the package, you can't get a refund! So you just accept you have to pay over £100 for the physical delivery of a £270 product.... Great This has severely tainted my experience with Enchroma and their disregard for the end user. Enchroma, please put a rough calculation of what the real cost of delivery will be so your customers can make well informed choices!

GBReally bad customer support and returns Some of the worst customer support I've ever encountered - I've known my entire life I'm red weak, all red colours are really dark. Finally decided to try glasses and the Enchroma test said I was Deutranope (Green weak). These days the test says strong Protanope (Red weak), guess they fixed it. Not an expert so no way I could know they're different without a long search. I ordered the recommended Green weak glasses, they did nothing, looked up the terminology and decided to try for replacements as the test had made a mistake. Their customer support blocked me at every stage, took vast amounts of time to answer queries, stalled and told me it would cost more to return them than I'd paid for them (in the UK). This was in 2020 - but I tried talking to them again a few years later after Covid and got an equally bad response. The stupidly expensive glasses are sitting on a shelf unused. Maybe their Protanope glasses work great? But their customer support will avoid any kind of refund or exchange at all costs! Date was before earliest date I could enter on the site.
