Customer service non existent Customer service non existent. Unreachable when the return of the product was requested. Have sent 5 emails and phoned several times without an acknowledgement of the emails and just get voicemail on the phones. Have emailed both their UK and US "support" addresses.

Had the most lovely experience with… Had the most lovely experience with these as a gift for a colourblind relative. They were so appreciated, highly recommend this as a Christmas or birthday gift. Really good price as well in my opinion

Great, love them Was suggested these glasses by a friend when I said I needed a new pair of glasses for work but was struggling to find a good pair. Delivery was prompt and the cost was appropriate, a little pricey but worth spending money on a decent product. I initially wasn't going to post a review but was surprised to see the negative ones on here so thought to add my experience

My colleague tried on his Enchroma… My colleague tried on his Enchroma glasses I bought to him and he's absolutely thrilled! He's been wandering around in awe for the last few hours, constantly saying 'wow' at everything he sees. It's such a life-changing moment for him. He has deutan color blindness, a type of color vision deficiency where red and green hues are difficult to distinguish. These glasses have been effective in enhancing red colors (also purple, pink, orange), making them more vivid and noticeable for him.

Good but not as "wow" as thee videos show Strong Protan. Bought sunglasses. There is some improvement to the vision of reds. Although with some drawbacks: they kind of tint the rest of the colors. They only seem to work on reflected lights (on emitted lights, like the one of a screen doesn't seem to work). They must be used in open sun to see some effect. At the moment it's the best available option if you want to improve your color vision.
