GBKind of disappointed Kind of disappointed. My wig took like months to get to me, and that’s only AFTER I sent several emails requesting updates and threatening to report them for fraud. Stella had all kinds of excuses about the wig density and color making it take longer to make. When I finally got my wig, the color and length were correct, but the wig itself is very thin. on the closure if you look hard you can see the tracks. Will update once it’s installed

GBSUPER FINE HD INVISIBLE… I purchased the SUPER FINE HD INVISIBLE UNDETECTABLE SEAMLESS SWISS LACE wig based on an Influencer’s recommendation on social media. When the wig arrived I was so excited! However I noticed that the unit was NOT an HD but a low quality lace unit with visible knots all over except the preplucked hairline. I notified the company and sent pictures. As of to date they have not provided any answers.

AUIt’s a scam! Cheap and pathetic … I have never in my life delt with the perfect scam artist, you’re better off buying them Halloween wigs because this is a whole fraud, $700, I could see the tracking, colour wasn’t what I ordered the inches ! Omg and the hair just falls out like noting I really wish I could post photos and conversations, please don’t waste your money on this company

GBWARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It took 8 emails and more than a month to receive a refund of $270. Plus, I had to pay $60 to send the wig back to China. This company takes advantage of women by using false advertisement, poorly manufactured wigs at a high price and HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to an unsatisfied customer. Don't waste your money!!

GBI wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!
