USAbove and Beyond I have a small head and asked for a small cap because the average cap sizes are a little too big for me. The option was not available on the website but Stella was kind enough to find a small cap, send me the measurements of the circumference, keep me updated on the processing and shipping time. I’m so appreciative for the help. The wig came sooner than I expected and fit great. Thanks Stella. This is why I continue to order from divaswigs.

USDON’T DO IT If I could take away stars I would. I have been in contact with Stella who has given me the runaround! On top of my order that took a while to be shipped I never received anything, still have not. The site says it has been shipped but never delivered. She sends you confirmation of delivery, fine but nothing emerged in my mail center or door step! I wish I would have read these comments prior to placing an order now I’m no unit and funds short. At this point I have opened a dispute with my bank and have an investigation going on with fedex. Stella what you are doing is WRONG!

USPoor quality and service. Not as advertised! This company is a scam. The postings on YouTube are not genuine or transparent. I dealt with Stella and she gave me runaround about receiving my wig on anticipated date. It took over month to receive wig. The wig I received was horrible and not the wig advertised. The wig was a totally different color, shorter than the inches I ordered, hair breakage throughout the wig, and not 100% human hair. I am still fighting for a refund. Stella had the nerve to request another $50 to repair the wig!!! Trust me don't waste your money!!

USI wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

USSUPER FINE HD INVISIBLE… I purchased the SUPER FINE HD INVISIBLE UNDETECTABLE SEAMLESS SWISS LACE wig based on an Influencer’s recommendation on social media. When the wig arrived I was so excited! However I noticed that the unit was NOT an HD but a low quality lace unit with visible knots all over except the preplucked hairline. I notified the company and sent pictures. As of to date they have not provided any answers.
