WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It took 8 emails and more than a month to receive a refund of $270. Plus, I had to pay $60 to send the wig back to China. This company takes advantage of women by using false advertisement, poorly manufactured wigs at a high price and HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to an unsatisfied customer. Don't waste your money!!

Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s… Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s 100% virgin human hair but that’s BS ITS 100% total garbage made of fiber. I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

Good wigs I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days). Customer service is good. My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.

To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

SCAM..... Run away! Worst company ever! Just read the reviews Willow all of them are pretty much accurate to talk about this person named Stella who is completely deceitful and how when you purchased the week online what you get to your front door is something completely different. I have gone back-and-forth with this company for much trying to get a refund for my money. And sending the items back to China is a nightmare in itself. Avoid this company with all of your being they are complete crooks and every thing on their website is a scam.
