GBDON’T DO IT If I could take away stars I would. I have been in contact with Stella who has given me the runaround! On top of my order that took a while to be shipped I never received anything, still have not. The site says it has been shipped but never delivered. She sends you confirmation of delivery, fine but nothing emerged in my mail center or door step! I wish I would have read these comments prior to placing an order now I’m no unit and funds short. At this point I have opened a dispute with my bank and have an investigation going on with fedex. Stella what you are doing is WRONG!

GBSent me a total trash wig claiming it’s… Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s 100% virgin human hair but that’s BS ITS 100% total garbage made of fiber. I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

PTGood wigs I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days). Customer service is good. My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.

GBI wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!
