This hair is AMAZING and the customer service team has helped me all along the way with getting to this piece. Definitely buying more wigs from here down the line! A+ experience!

To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

Find another company to purchase from. If you want to exchange or refund something with them, they make your life so difficult. They stop/don’t reply to your emails/messages. Their wigs are veryyyyy overpriced for the quality considering they don’t last more than 2 months. Please ladies find another wig company. I like unice hair and they are way more affordable.

I wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

What everyone is saying about this company is absolutely true. this company is a fraud. i just received a wig from this company monday and realize, it was an entrirely diffferent wig compared to the website version: much thinner& an entirely different color . i emailed this stella woman for a return address and first she offered me 15$ voucher for a 200$ purchase, i said no and then she kept persisting with an excuse about the hair is a little off & then she started to say the wig pictures i sent were not the divas wig i received. she ignored me every time i asked for a return address to send the wig back. Now i am filing a dispute with my bank. do not do it.scammers. NEVER LISTEN TO THE YOUTUBERS, THEY GET SENT WAY BETTER VERSIONS OF WIGS.
