To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It took 8 emails and more than a month to receive a refund of $270. Plus, I had to pay $60 to send the wig back to China. This company takes advantage of women by using false advertisement, poorly manufactured wigs at a high price and HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to an unsatisfied customer. Don't waste your money!!

Poor quality and service. Not as advertised! This company is a scam. The postings on YouTube are not genuine or transparent. I dealt with Stella and she gave me runaround about receiving my wig on anticipated date. It took over month to receive wig. The wig I received was horrible and not the wig advertised. The wig was a totally different color, shorter than the inches I ordered, hair breakage throughout the wig, and not 100% human hair. I am still fighting for a refund. Stella had the nerve to request another $50 to repair the wig!!! Trust me don't waste your money!!

Don’t buy from them Don’t buy from them. Their wigs are extremely OVERPRICED for the quality you receive. The pictures always look different from what you actually get. Their wigs are not good quality and are poorly made. They also don’t offer free returns.

Good wigs I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days). Customer service is good. My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.
