This hair is AMAZING and the customer service team has helped me all along the way with getting to this piece. Definitely buying more wigs from here down the line! A+ experience!

First it is a fraud company out of China so… First it is a company out of China so don’t be fooled by the name. Don’t waste your money! Totally unethical company. They have taught me to never order hair online again. I never received my order and I am glad that I paid through paypal. They claimed to paypal that they mailed my order using a fake delivery number but would not indicate how they shipped. They refused to respond to any of my emails. Fortunately paypal refunded my money.

I wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s… Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s 100% virgin human hair but that’s BS ITS 100% total garbage made of fiber. I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!
