It’s a scam! Cheap and pathetic … I have never in my life delt with the perfect scam artist, you’re better off buying them Halloween wigs because this is a whole fraud, $700, I could see the tracking, colour wasn’t what I ordered the inches ! Omg and the hair just falls out like noting I really wish I could post photos and conversations, please don’t waste your money on this company

Kind of disappointed Kind of disappointed. My wig took like months to get to me, and that’s only AFTER I sent several emails requesting updates and threatening to report them for fraud. Stella had all kinds of excuses about the wig density and color making it take longer to make. When I finally got my wig, the color and length were correct, but the wig itself is very thin. on the closure if you look hard you can see the tracks. Will update once it’s installed

if i could give no stars i would if i could give no stars i would. i bought a wig 2 years ago and im just taking the time out to find a trusted review site and found this. The wig i ordered was low quality and I would have been better off buying from amazon altho ive never. I'm almost certain this place is a scam, when i had the time to return it it was too late besides that I sent photos to the company just like they asked and they insisted that the wig was exactly what i ordered. Im not a novice wig wearer and buyer, but consumers BEWARE. This place is very dissatisfying and for those who expect to receive what they see on the site, super disappointing. a few hundred dollars for a mop top. Also, the crinkled hair was not straightenable. lol if thas a word, i am a professional barber beautician, water oil and a hot blow dryer couldnt straighten out the crinkles in that hair pattern. Im convinced it was an EXTREME false advertisement . PS, I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE MOP TOP SITS IN A BOX WAITING FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

DON’T DO IT If I could take away stars I would. I have been in contact with Stella who has given me the runaround! On top of my order that took a while to be shipped I never received anything, still have not. The site says it has been shipped but never delivered. She sends you confirmation of delivery, fine but nothing emerged in my mail center or door step! I wish I would have read these comments prior to placing an order now I’m no unit and funds short. At this point I have opened a dispute with my bank and have an investigation going on with fedex. Stella what you are doing is WRONG!

What everyone is saying about this company is absolutely true. this company is a fraud. i just received a wig from this company monday and realize, it was an entrirely diffferent wig compared to the website version: much thinner& an entirely different color . i emailed this stella woman for a return address and first she offered me 15$ voucher for a 200$ purchase, i said no and then she kept persisting with an excuse about the hair is a little off & then she started to say the wig pictures i sent were not the divas wig i received. she ignored me every time i asked for a return address to send the wig back. Now i am filing a dispute with my bank. do not do it.scammers. NEVER LISTEN TO THE YOUTUBERS, THEY GET SENT WAY BETTER VERSIONS OF WIGS.
