WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It took 8 emails and more than a month to receive a refund of $270. Plus, I had to pay $60 to send the wig back to China. This company takes advantage of women by using false advertisement, poorly manufactured wigs at a high price and HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to an unsatisfied customer. Don't waste your money!!

Excellent service, excellent hair! Stella at Divas Wigs is amazing - excellent customer service. And this wig! Let me tell you, this hair is very manageable even for someone like myself who is a beginner. Second purchase so far, will be back for another soon. Thanks so much.

To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

First it is a fraud company out of China so… First it is a company out of China so don’t be fooled by the name. Don’t waste your money! Totally unethical company. They have taught me to never order hair online again. I never received my order and I am glad that I paid through paypal. They claimed to paypal that they mailed my order using a fake delivery number but would not indicate how they shipped. They refused to respond to any of my emails. Fortunately paypal refunded my money.

Good wigs I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days). Customer service is good. My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.
