Cheap and pathetic … I have never in my life delt with the perfect scam artist, you’re better off buying them Halloween wigs because this is a whole fraud, $700, I could see the tracking, colour wasn’t what I ordered the inches ! Omg and the hair just falls out like noting I really wish I could post photos and conversations, please don’t waste your money on this company

Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s… Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s 100% virgin human hair but that’s BS ITS 100% total garbage made of fiber. I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

This hair is AMAZING and the customer service team has helped me all along the way with getting to this piece. Definitely buying more wigs from here down the line! A+ experience!

I wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

Find another company to purchase from. If you want to exchange or refund something with them, they make your life so difficult. They stop/don’t reply to your emails/messages. Their wigs are veryyyyy overpriced for the quality considering they don’t last more than 2 months. Please ladies find another wig company. I like unice hair and they are way more affordable.
