To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.

Excellent service, excellent hair! Stella at Divas Wigs is amazing - excellent customer service. And this wig! Let me tell you, this hair is very manageable even for someone like myself who is a beginner. Second purchase so far, will be back for another soon. Thanks so much.

I wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It took 8 emails and more than a month to receive a refund of $270. Plus, I had to pay $60 to send the wig back to China. This company takes advantage of women by using false advertisement, poorly manufactured wigs at a high price and HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to an unsatisfied customer. Don't waste your money!!

Poor quality and service. Not as advertised! This company is a scam. The postings on YouTube are not genuine or transparent. I dealt with Stella and she gave me runaround about receiving my wig on anticipated date. It took over month to receive wig. The wig I received was horrible and not the wig advertised. The wig was a totally different color, shorter than the inches I ordered, hair breakage throughout the wig, and not 100% human hair. I am still fighting for a refund. Stella had the nerve to request another $50 to repair the wig!!! Trust me don't waste your money!!
