CAFind another company to purchase from. If you want to exchange or refund something with them, they make your life so difficult. They stop/don’t reply to your emails/messages. Their wigs are veryyyyy overpriced for the quality considering they don’t last more than 2 months. Please ladies find another wig company. I like unice hair and they are way more affordable.

GBSCAM..... Run away! Worst company ever! Just read the reviews Willow all of them are pretty much accurate to talk about this person named Stella who is completely deceitful and how when you purchased the week online what you get to your front door is something completely different. I have gone back-and-forth with this company for much trying to get a refund for my money. And sending the items back to China is a nightmare in itself. Avoid this company with all of your being they are complete crooks and every thing on their website is a scam.

PTGood wigs I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days). Customer service is good. My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.

GBFirst it is a fraud company out of China so… First it is a company out of China so don’t be fooled by the name. Don’t waste your money! Totally unethical company. They have taught me to never order hair online again. I never received my order and I am glad that I paid through paypal. They claimed to paypal that they mailed my order using a fake delivery number but would not indicate how they shipped. They refused to respond to any of my emails. Fortunately paypal refunded my money.

GBI wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!
