Liya Liya Divaswigs I love this hair. It's Liya Liya by Divaswigs. The hair is so beautiful, and it holds the curls very well. It has a soft texture and looks real as if the hair grows from hair scalp. I have gotten a lot of compliments about this hair, and I even got more clients (Coworkers) who are planning to purchase this hair. I have been a Divaswigs customer since 2014, and I'm not disappointed.

Good wigs I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days). Customer service is good. My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.

I wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

ZERO STARS DONT DO IT. ZERO STARS ! do not do it ! What everyone is saying about this company is absolutely true. this company is a fraud. i just received a wig from this company monday and realize, it was an entrirely diffferent wig compared to the website version: much thinner& an entirely different color . i emailed this stella woman for a return address and first she offered me 15$ voucher for a 200$ purchase, i said no and then she kept persisting with an excuse about the hair is a little off & then she started to say the wig pictures i sent were not the divas wig i received. she ignored me every time i asked for a return address to send the wig back. Now i am filing a dispute with my bank. do not do it.scammers. NEVER LISTEN TO THE YOUTUBERS, THEY GET SENT WAY BETTER VERSIONS OF WIGS.

Poor quality and service. Not as advertised! This company is a scam. The postings on YouTube are not genuine or transparent. I dealt with Stella and she gave me runaround about receiving my wig on anticipated date. It took over month to receive wig. The wig I received was horrible and not the wig advertised. The wig was a totally different color, shorter than the inches I ordered, hair breakage throughout the wig, and not 100% human hair. I am still fighting for a refund. Stella had the nerve to request another $50 to repair the wig!!! Trust me don't waste your money!!
