I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

Above and Beyond I have a small head and asked for a small cap because the average cap sizes are a little too big for me. The option was not available on the website but Stella was kind enough to find a small cap, send me the measurements of the circumference, keep me updated on the processing and shipping time. I’m so appreciative for the help. The wig came sooner than I expected and fit great. Thanks Stella. This is why I continue to order from divaswigs.

Kind of disappointed Kind of disappointed. My wig took like months to get to me, and that’s only AFTER I sent several emails requesting updates and threatening to report them for fraud. Stella had all kinds of excuses about the wig density and color making it take longer to make. When I finally got my wig, the color and length were correct, but the wig itself is very thin. on the closure if you look hard you can see the tracks. Will update once it’s installed

SCAM..... Run away! Worst company ever! Just read the reviews Willow all of them are pretty much accurate to talk about this person named Stella who is completely deceitful and how when you purchased the week online what you get to your front door is something completely different. I have gone back-and-forth with this company for much trying to get a refund for my money. And sending the items back to China is a nightmare in itself. Avoid this company with all of your being they are complete crooks and every thing on their website is a scam.

Excellent service, excellent hair! Stella at Divas Wigs is amazing - excellent customer service. And this wig! Let me tell you, this hair is very manageable even for someone like myself who is a beginner. Second purchase so far, will be back for another soon. Thanks so much.
