if i could give no stars i would if i could give no stars i would. i bought a wig 2 years ago and im just taking the time out to find a trusted review site and found this. The wig i ordered was low quality and I would have been better off buying from amazon altho ive never. I'm almost certain this place is a scam, when i had the time to return it it was too late besides that I sent photos to the company just like they asked and they insisted that the wig was exactly what i ordered. Im not a novice wig wearer and buyer, but consumers BEWARE. This place is very dissatisfying and for those who expect to receive what they see on the site, super disappointing. a few hundred dollars for a mop top. Also, the crinkled hair was not straightenable. lol if thas a word, i am a professional barber beautician, water oil and a hot blow dryer couldnt straighten out the crinkles in that hair pattern. Im convinced it was an EXTREME false advertisement . PS, I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE MOP TOP SITS IN A BOX WAITING FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

SUPER FINE HD INVISIBLE… I purchased the SUPER FINE HD INVISIBLE UNDETECTABLE SEAMLESS SWISS LACE wig based on an Influencer’s recommendation on social media. When the wig arrived I was so excited! However I noticed that the unit was NOT an HD but a low quality lace unit with visible knots all over except the preplucked hairline. I notified the company and sent pictures. As of to date they have not provided any answers.

WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!! WARNING!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! It took 8 emails and more than a month to receive a refund of $270. Plus, I had to pay $60 to send the wig back to China. This company takes advantage of women by using false advertisement, poorly manufactured wigs at a high price and HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to an unsatisfied customer. Don't waste your money!!

Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s… Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s 100% virgin human hair but that’s BS ITS 100% total garbage made of fiber. I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

Poor quality and service. Not as advertised! This company is a scam. The postings on YouTube are not genuine or transparent. I dealt with Stella and she gave me runaround about receiving my wig on anticipated date. It took over month to receive wig. The wig I received was horrible and not the wig advertised. The wig was a totally different color, shorter than the inches I ordered, hair breakage throughout the wig, and not 100% human hair. I am still fighting for a refund. Stella had the nerve to request another $50 to repair the wig!!! Trust me don't waste your money!!
