I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

Above and Beyond I have a small head and asked for a small cap because the average cap sizes are a little too big for me. The option was not available on the website but Stella was kind enough to find a small cap, send me the measurements of the circumference, keep me updated on the processing and shipping time. I’m so appreciative for the help. The wig came sooner than I expected and fit great. Thanks Stella. This is why I continue to order from divaswigs.

It has a soft texture and looks real as if the hair grows from hair scalp. I have gotten a lot of compliments about this hair, and I even got more clients (Coworkers) who are planning to purchase this hair. I have been a Divaswigs customer since 2014, and I'm not disappointed.

I wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

Don’t buy from them Don’t buy from them. Their wigs are extremely OVERPRICED for the quality you receive. The pictures always look different from what you actually get. Their wigs are not good quality and are poorly made. They also don’t offer free returns.
