Above and Beyond I have a small head and asked for a small cap because the average cap sizes are a little too big for me. The option was not available on the website but Stella was kind enough to find a small cap, send me the measurements of the circumference, keep me updated on the processing and shipping time. Kind of disappointed Kind of disappointed. My wig took like months to get to me, and that’s only AFTER I sent several emails requesting updates and threatening to report them for fraud. Stella had all kinds of excuses about the wig density and color making it take longer to make. When I finally got my wig, the color and length were correct, but the wig itself is very thin. on the closure if you look hard you can see the tracks. Will update once it’s installed

Find another company to purchase from. If you want to exchange or refund something with them, they make your life so difficult. They stop/don’t reply to your emails/messages. Their wigs are veryyyyy overpriced for the quality considering they don’t last more than 2 months. Please ladies find another wig company. I like unice hair and they are way more affordable.
