I wish I could give them no stars… I wish I could give them no stars that’s how bad the service is- I ordered a wig September 5, 2020 and is now October 17, 2020. I’ve been working with someone by the name of Stella and she has given me several excuses. The first excuse is that I need to give them more money the second excuse they were not gonna be in the office to create the week and needed more time and finally the third excuse she mailed it out and fed ex returned it.Through various poor communication through cultural barriers and language Stella refused to communicate and when she did communicate she would give a decision and asked me to advise her and then turn around and make a decision herself via misunderstanding my decision! Just a horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible encounter and very stressful and costly (400.00) transaction!!!!!

Don’t buy from them Don’t buy from them. Their wigs are extremely OVERPRICED for the quality you receive. The pictures always look different from what you actually get. Their wigs are not good quality and are poorly made. They also don’t offer free returns.

Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s… Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s 100% virgin human hair but that’s BS ITS 100% total garbage made of fiber. I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

Excellent service, excellent hair! Stella at Divas Wigs is amazing - excellent customer service. And this wig! Let me tell you, this hair is very manageable even for someone like myself who is a beginner. Second purchase so far, will be back for another soon. Thanks so much.

To all the customers that were scammed… To all the customers that were scammed from this company, I think you should file a class action law suit against the company and the associates,make a example of what happens to scam artist. All those 5 star reviews are from someone that work with them with made up names,they are just nasty,thats why this covid-19 is here,because of nasty people eating filth. Don't misunderstand,I have asians in my family; but they are not crooks.
