Will never shop with them again I purchased a wig from wig encounter. The wig to me didn’t look like what I ordered. So I messaged them about a refund i ended up shipping the wig back to them with my own money it was almost 50 dollars to send back this was in April or May when I return it I kept in contact to see when will I receive my refund. One they are rude Af af you can ready Chinese two they take forever to message you back days. It’s like that have the tracking number but they want you to research where the wig is it has been 3 months and I haven’t received my refund they are horrible and unprofessional I will never shop with the ever I could have brought a good wig off of Amazon and been placed and the return policy is simple Moral of the story shop with someone else. I wasted a bout 200 some off dollars at this point they can keep it it’s been 3 or 4 months

The wig that I purchased is absolutely… The wig that I purchased is absolutely gorgeous. It was my first time with a lace front wig that I fully install myself. Wigencounters made it absolutely so simple with my purchase. The wig was pre-plucked, 150% density, 18 inches...it was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone told me it was fabulous.

Well I’m trying to write at least one… Well I’m trying to write at least one thing positive . I believe the hair quality is good. Here is the thing, the moment I opened the package up until finish installing the hair on my head it took me hours because when they bleach the knot it bleeds thru and the root of the hair above 2 inches was completely blond . I’ve never seen such thing in wig experience. Very unprofessional. I had to dye the hair black. The hair shades until now. I’ve No idea how they have got all the good reviews. All I know is The hair they sent me is waste. I had to bring it to live. Why would I pay over $239 (it’s on sale) and spend all day fixing their mistake? I’m very very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Biggest scam I bought a wig after seeing a YouTube review. The wig took over three months to get to the UK. And when I tracked it , it said out for delivery but never came to my address. Royal mail stated the person was not at the address stated therefore returned it back to sender. The agents tried to send a message to indicate the fight address but to no avail. I wrote to Catherine who kept directing me back to royal mail. I have asked for a refund or a wig posted to the right address but no replies. They are scamners I can see the pattern in other reviews. Please don't waste your money.
