The customer service has been awesome!! The customer service has been outstanding. Megan has been so patient with me and very supportive with the design of the patch and what it means to me. I am looking forward to seeing the patch when I receive them. I'm looking forward to doing more business with this company, as I expect to have to order more of the patches, once my guys see them.

Terrible products, terrible customer service. Terrible products, even worse customer service. After months of them telling me it was user error that their products did not apply correctly, they eventually told me that it was the products themselves and I was stuck with patches that were terrible. Do not purchase from them, there are plenty of other places who will do a MUCH better job and for a cheaper price. Update: They reported my review for vulgar language and deleted my reviews off of their Facebook page. Their response was that they offered me multiple options all of which I refused, however, the only option they offered was for me to purchase more patches from them. Shows the true colors of this company and have since been contacted by multiple people who have had similar experiences with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Patchsuperstore.com

Excellent first experience buying… Excellent first experience buying patches. I honestly had no idea what I was doing or if my artwork was going to be viable - Megan was very patient with me, answering all my questions, walking me through the steps on the phone, and sending me example images. Proofs were returned quickly and we were able to go back and forth a few times to reach a realistic design that satisfied what I was going for. Once designs were approved, it took about two weeks for the patches to be made and shipped and a couple more days to arrive.

This is my first time working with this… This is my first time working with this company and I must say from the 1st call Megan as been wonderful help she is knowledgeable and understanding she is friendly and very helpful I look forward to doing ALOT Of business .. Best Customer Service!!! I always order Girl Scout event patches from Patch Superstore because they always get it right. No matter how many times I ask for a design or color change, they are happy to help me. Bill is the best!! Today was my deadline to order and I know it was after closing time but he stayed on the phone with me making color changes until we got the patch just right! Thanks a million, Bill!!!
