GBTerrible customer service I initially ordered from Patch Superstore because the customer service was prompt at the beginning. Once I placed the order though, the service and information has evaporated. My order has disappeared with absolutely no updates or information. I've left voicemails, emails and had direct conversations a representative but can't get any firm details as to what the status of my order is. Weeks have gone by with no information except that the factory might have more information and that maybe a manager might know more. It's well past the 7 - 10 days they tout on their site. I'm disappointed that putting them on a public forum like this is necessary but I do this in the hopes that an actual manager with some 100% accurate information actually takes action to remedy the situation. Update 03/23/17: Many thanks to Bill for the very prompt responses. I'm looking forward to talking to you offline to get this all sorted out.

GBEXCELLENT!!!! This is my second experience with PatchSuperstore. The first time I had a patch made and this time a challenge coin. The quality and detail is superb. Megan is an absolute joy to work with. She's responsive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I will be a repeat customer for years to come. I highly recommend this company.

GBAlluded by my companion for our… Alluded by my companion for our baseball pins which we sent over our group logo and hues and the work of art we got back was incredible we experienced 6 distinct changes to satisfy everybody here before at last affirming. They have incredible in rolling out those improvements quick and just unpacked them today and they look great. The kiddos have a ton of exchanging power now with these and I spared about $300. Much obliged once more.

GBGood customer service UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading this review. The issue has been resolved. The Patch Superstore replaced all the patches that had an issue with a few days after contacting me. The new patches meet my high standards for quality. Based on the phone conversation and their response I can now recommend their services. Note if you have an issue don't rely solely on email it may make it into the spam folder and never be seen. Call and speak to a company representative to make sure they're aware of any issues. I've changed my 2 star rating to 5. Below is the original edited post so you may see the issue I had and how it was resolved. ...Ordered 100 patches, 37 were not unusable. Most of the unusable patches lettering appeared off center nearly touching the border. Several had loose threads, stitching and letters missing...
