Good customer service UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading this review. The issue has been resolved. The Patch Superstore replaced all the patches that had an issue with a few days after contacting me. The new patches meet my high standards for quality. Based on the phone conversation and their response I can now recommend their services. Note if you have an issue don't rely solely on email it may make it into the spam folder and never be seen. Call and speak to a company representative to make sure they're aware of any issues. I've changed my 2 star rating to 5. Below is the original edited post so you may see the issue I had and how it was resolved. ...Ordered 100 patches, 37 were not unusable. Most of the unusable patches lettering appeared off center nearly touching the border. Several had loose threads, stitching and letters missing...

Great product for a terrific price and outstanding Customer Service! We needed 200 custom made patches in a short turn time. Nicki was really easy to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Although the patch our girls created was ridiculously detailed, I sent it over thinking they would just offer an alternative of what they could create. Instead, Nicki said they could produce it as it was in all it's overdone-10-year-old-girl-detail. It was amazing! The colors were fantastic and the quality of the end product is stunning. I asked to switch colors twice and they didn't hesitate. A new proof was delivered within the hour each time with no additional charges and no issues at all. It was night and day difference from another company we were attempting to work with that was well known but slow to respond and extremely condescending when we sent in our original art work. We LOVE the Patch Superstore and wholeheartedly recommend them!

Color botched and seller did not fix it Ordered 2 different patches from this vendor. Communication was very good with David, and I had a designer do the design in the appropriate format so they would be professional. When the patches came, on one of them the colors were way off. Vendor did not have a universal color chart or thread color to choose from. He pointed to website that has a color chart you can look at on the monitor, which is not an accurate way to do colors either. Asked him to do a sample and get a photo from the factory in China so we could be sure it would not happen again. He said that was a $50 fee!! He never made it right and should have made sure it came out correctly. I ended up going with another patch company, they did a sample at no charge, got it right the first time, and when they came in the mail they were much thicker and better quality than the PatchSuperstore patches. I asked for a credit, multiple emails, zero response. Will never use again.

Excellent first experience buying… Excellent first experience buying patches. I honestly had no idea what I was doing or if my artwork was going to be viable - Megan was very patient with me, answering all my questions, walking me through the steps on the phone, and sending me example images. Proofs were returned quickly and we were able to go back and forth a few times to reach a realistic design that satisfied what I was going for. Once designs were approved, it took about two weeks for the patches to be made and shipped and a couple more days to arrive.

Terrible customer service I initially ordered from Patch Superstore because the customer service was prompt at the beginning. Once I placed the order though, the service and information has evaporated. My order has disappeared with absolutely no updates or information. I've left voicemails, emails and had direct conversations a representative but can't get any firm details as to what the status of my order is. Weeks have gone by with no information except that the factory might have more information and that maybe a manager might know more. It's well past the 7 - 10 days they tout on their site. I'm disappointed that putting them on a public forum like this is necessary but I do this in the hopes that an actual manager with some 100% accurate information actually takes action to remedy the situation. Update 03/23/17: Many thanks to Bill for the very prompt responses. I'm looking forward to talking to you offline to get this all sorted out.
