Easiest process ever! Worked with Megan to get our corporate patches created. There was a lot of detail work and we were able to keep the integrity of the design, yet simplify for production. With just a few emails back and forth, we got exactly what we wanted! We couldn't be happier.

Color botched and seller did not fix it Ordered 2 different patches from this vendor. Communication was very good with David, and I had a designer do the design in the appropriate format so they would be professional. When the patches came, on one of them the colors were way off. Vendor did not have a universal color chart or thread color to choose from. He pointed to website that has a color chart you can look at on the monitor, which is not an accurate way to do colors either. Asked him to do a sample and get a photo from the factory in China so we could be sure it would not happen again. He said that was a $50 fee!! He never made it right and should have made sure it came out correctly. I ended up going with another patch company, they did a sample at no charge, got it right the first time, and when they came in the mail they were much thicker and better quality than the PatchSuperstore patches. I asked for a credit, multiple emails, zero response. Will never use again.

The sales rep I David suggested the… The sales rep I David suggested the Iron on back for putting the patches onto my hats and it sure made it easier and seems to hold really well on my stuff. Dave did a great job following up with me on my order too as I forgot all about it.

The customer service has been awesome!! The customer service has been outstanding. Megan has been so patient with me and very supportive with the design of the patch and what it means to me. I am looking forward to seeing the patch when I receive them. I'm looking forward to doing more business with this company, as I expect to have to order more of the patches, once my guys see them.
