DO NOT BUY FROM HERE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They shipped me the completely wrong order, even after I checked with them to make sure it would come correct. I have email proof with them assuring me it would be correct. I get the product 2 months later, incorrect. All they are offering me is 50% off to make a new order........ HORRIBLE.

Bad case After only having this for just under a month, the ink is already starting to rub off and the graphic is getting harder to see. The case is also very flimsy and provides little protection. I should not have spent such a large amount of money for a poor product and I would like a refund.

Bad customer service. My boyfriends mom ordered a blanket from here, and it came out awful. She emailed asking if she could return it and send a different photograph.. and they emailed her back saying no. Wouldn’t refund it would replace it. So now she’s stuck with this blanket she hates because it looks awful.

pretty good considering circumstances with this coronavirus deal, i expected a delay in shipping. i ordered the product in january and it arrived at the beginning of may. that is okay, i understand that safety is first. the print does look like my dog, and the blanket is very soft. but i am a little disappointed in the quality of the product. i spent $80 on a blanket that is kind of cheap. Barkly was friendly in replying to me, but i really wish they sent me more updates about the situation with covid but i had to go to them instead. overall, the blanket is nice although i wish it wasn’t so much money, and i understand that shipping was difficult during this hard time. thanks, Barkly.

The hooded blanket and that phone came… The hooded blanket and that phone came and it was amazing they looked just like the photo I have them, I will be definitely getting more as the work they did was great, only reason for 4 stars is because I don’t know if it was your fault but my package kept getting stuck everything and took longer then I thought but yous were so understanding when I kept emailing you and yous did everything you can which I really appreciate. Thankyou for the awesome work you and your team have done❤️
