I wish I had checked this website before I ordered, trying to get a refund under their 30 day return policy, no answer to numerous emails and they obviously don’t post bad reviews on their own website! I would like to give it minus stars! *** Have now reported them to PayPal, please do the same if you’ve had problems***

GBDO NOT BUY FROM HERE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They shipped me the completely wrong order, even after I checked with them to make sure it would come correct. I have email proof with them assuring me it would be correct. I get the product 2 months later, incorrect. All they are offering me is 50% off to make a new order........ HORRIBLE.

NZMostly happy Artwork was pretty good, I sent extra pictures through so the artist could include more detail however these aspects were not incorporated. I’m still happy with the final product though.

AULack of communication... Can’t really review the product as i still have not received it after ordering on the 26th of Feb. Customer service has been absolutely terrible, instead of them getting in contact with their customer and providing updates with the changing situation. you have to reach out after the shipping period is long over for them to tell you another 25 days. I would not be so disappointed if they had reached out to advise in the extended time in delivery, instead of leaving their customers in the dark.

GBI thoroughly enjoy my product but due… I thoroughly enjoy my product but due to the shipping company I had to wait 2 months to get it. The employees at Barkly were very kind and made mee a new product and sent it on Express shipping where I got it within a week.
