Phenomenal!!!! Although the shipping took a little while longer than expected, the outcome was amazing! I NEVER thought the products would turn out so awesome! My doggies look phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier to share that the intentions I had for the product I ordered were to give to my mother as a birthday present and she loves it!

Broken order… I was so thrilled to get my order, but I got so disappointed when it arrived. Could barely see that it was my dog even though the picture I sent was good.. Ordered 2 coffee cups and they were both broken. Pieces all over the box and 1 of the handles to the cups was completely off so had to throw it away.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER THE COFFEE CUPS!

The picture that I sent in was exact.... At first I didn't trust this website thinking it was just going to take my money but I got what I paid for and my blanket is so soft! I sent in a picture of my cat and they captured her perfectly, from her whiskers down to her adorable paws! I highly recommend purchasing from here when you want to keep a memory of your best fur friend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked this website before I ordered, trying to get a refund under their 30 day return policy, no answer to numerous emails and they obviously don’t post bad reviews on their own website! I would like to give it minus stars! *** Have now reported them to PayPal, please do the same if you’ve had problems***
