Didn't have the product I ordered in stock, promised a refund, and never provided it, instead shipping the wrong item days after promising a refund. I have been in dispute hell with them ever since, while they claim to be processing a refund, which is a blatant lie. Finally got some honesty from someone today that basically said "if you're right, the dispute will work out in your favor", not "sorry, I'll get that refund handled for you" like the previous line of bull they were selling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

I have emailed them to ask how I send it back for a refund but not had a response after 3 days. The website says "Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you buy from us. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchases, We offer an iron-clad, money-back guarantee. We have a 24/7/365 ticket and email support. Please contact us if you need any assistance." I will update this if they get back to me and will change it to a better rating if they resolve the issue.
