GBbad service, didn't receive what i originally ordered I placed my order on 11/24. At the time, what I ordered was backordered until 12/7. On 12/7, I checked and it said backordered until 12/8. On 12/8, it said 12/9. Finally called them on 12/18 (it said it was backordered until 12/19). After voicing my frustration with the backordered dates, they allowed me to change my order to something in stock. I ordered the "eggplant" color assuming it was actually the color of egg plant. Instead, when it arrived it was like the orangish purple puke color. Ugly. I ordered it as a Christmas gift but it was too ugly to give to the recipient... so I think it'll be a Goodwill donation.

GBLate shipping low quality I ordered five items in October after purchasing Groupon coupon without knowing most of their items were back ordered. Three weeks or later they emailed me saying one of the item is out of stock so I had to pick another scarf. About two weeks later I received another email saying that item I picked two weeks ago is out of stock. I picked another scarf hopping I could get it before christmas...which I originally ordered them in October. Finally I received all the scarves in December but the qualities were cheap and I will not recomand anyone.

GBpoor I ordered two scarves with a $40/20 groupon gift....the pink scarf no longer is available and they sent me a credit for $13. which as you all knows only buys a scarf but you have to do the shipping....after I already paid for shipping from the one they DID NOT have....not good business practice...I notified them with this and have heard nothing....there ya go! LJ

GBPurchased 3 scarves Purchased 3 scarves. Only received 2. The third one was sold out. I was not notified of this until I received my order in the mail. Very disappointed in the customer service.

GBVery poor customer service but good quality scarf once one of them arrived. The one scarf that did arrive was very pretty, great texture, and good quality. Very poor customer service, and very slow. There's a lot of competition out there for our hard earned dollars and their CEO should start figuring that out.
