GBbad service, didn't receive what i originally ordered I placed my order on 11/24. At the time, what I ordered was backordered until 12/7. On 12/7, I checked and it said backordered until 12/8. On 12/8, it said 12/9. Finally called them on 12/18 (it said it was backordered until 12/19). After voicing my frustration with the backordered dates, they allowed me to change my order to something in stock. I ordered the "eggplant" color assuming it was actually the color of egg plant. Instead, when it arrived it was like the orangish purple puke color. Ugly. I ordered it as a Christmas gift but it was too ugly to give to the recipient... so I think it'll be a Goodwill donation.

CALoved the scarves but had a problem with one of them I loved the color of the scarves and the way they looked on me. However one of the scarves I got had these studs on it and instead of sewing them on (which is possible because there were holes in either side of the stud) they just glued them on and it looked really cheap and I had one fall off the first time I wore it. I had my mom fix the scarf and now it's perfect. But I am really disappointed with scarves.com and especially since I live in Canada and I spent so much on international shipping costs. I will not shop at scarves.com again.

GBVery poor customer service but good quality scarf once one of them arrived. The one scarf that did arrive was very pretty, great texture, and good quality. Very poor customer service, and very slow. There's a lot of competition out there for our hard earned dollars and their CEO should start figuring that out.

GBdidnt get whole order A while after my order had been placed I still hadn't heard from the company. I contacted them by email and found out one of the scarves I had ordered was on backorder. OK. But then it would have been nice if they had shipped the one that wasn't...so when my order finally came, the scarf that was on back order was the only one that arrived. I did get a letter stating what had happened but I still am irritated that the one I didn't receive was available when I ordered it initially. I also had purchased these with a discounted gift certificate type thing and I'm not sure with shipping if I am still getting a deal. I am left with a partial credit on my account, but since I never signed in for the initial order, I'm not sure how to use the credit. The one scarf I did receive was very nice in quality

GBpoor I ordered two scarves with a $40/20 groupon gift....the pink scarf no longer is available and they sent me a credit for $13. which as you all knows only buys a scarf but you have to do the shipping....after I already paid for shipping from the one they DID NOT have....not good business practice...I notified them with this and have heard nothing....there ya go! LJ
