Rubbish product Rubbish product. Piece of cheap material sewn into a triangle. No response to emails. Information for return in the package but no instructions on website and no response to emails.

Save your money.....unethical company. This Company never reimbursed me for a ugly cheap scarf. I have been dealing with this bull since last October. Those rave reviews are put on by them. They are in China not Canada.

PLEASE REDUCE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES!!! If not for paying $30 for shipping I would have given 5 stars. As a Canadian I find $30 to ship several scarves way too much. It's not like they weigh a ton! I am sure I will love the scarves I've ordered but if not for the Groupon discount I would never have placed an order due to the shipping charges to Canada. Please lower your charges as there seems to be a lot of Canadians who love your scarves but who, like myself, won't be ordering again due to paying way too much for shipping!

didnt get whole order A while after my order had been placed I still hadn't heard from the company. I contacted them by email and found out one of the scarves I had ordered was on backorder. OK. But then it would have been nice if they had shipped the one that wasn't...so when my order finally came, the scarf that was on back order was the only one that arrived. I did get a letter stating what had happened but I still am irritated that the one I didn't receive was available when I ordered it initially. I also had purchased these with a discounted gift certificate type thing and I'm not sure with shipping if I am still getting a deal. I am left with a partial credit on my account, but since I never signed in for the initial order, I'm not sure how to use the credit. The one scarf I did receive was very nice in quality

Scarves are too thin for covid… Scarves are too thin for covid protection. Not at all what is explained about them on website. Waiting for them to get back with me on how and where to return them. It took 2 weeks for me to receive them from China.
