This customer service is atrocious This customer service is atrocious. I ordered my glasses in August of 2020. It’s January 2021 and I have yet to get them. I’ve received countless emails of them telling me they’d be coming and be sent, and yet, nothing has arrived. I’ve emailed them recently requesting my money back and to cancel my order and they’re not responding. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Worst Service, worst customer care I placed an order few months ago but the order didn't arrive, so after taking 1 month for them to reply to my email, they said they will send me a replacement which didn't arrive either. I tried to sending a couple of emails to them for past 2 months but no reply. So, I contacted them on insta which took them a day to reply, and they said they'll send another replacement which I said no to because I was tired of waiting and lost interest. So, I requested a refund which they kept on airing me on Instagram. They are airing each and every message from me on Instagram. Worst service, worst customer care, bad at everything. I didn't expect this from Jose

Suck company Ordered 4 sun glasses from them and they shipped me 3 sun glasses I was trying to get help by email them all they answered was what is your order number then they disappeared for a few weeks after they sent me an email refunding my missing sun glasses like what? Without my permission I paid for FedEx scam customer service 50$ I’m not gonna let that money slide.

Jade Black is trash Bought glasses and they sold out the next day. Glad I got them in time but of course I got a refund as well before it shipped assuming something went wrong with their stock count, I guess it was too good to be true. Jose if you are reading this, I’ve had HORRIBLE customer service and experience with both Jade Black and ESNTLS by the way.

Screw Jade Black Atrocious customer service. Waited two and a half weeks just to receive an email saying they were refunding my order. To top it all off, they keep making ads to bring in new customers when they couldn’t even handle the last launch. Don’t waste your time and money.
