Expedited part replacement I had ordered a stretching machine and item had a cracked rubber handle. I contact Valor and item was received within a day or two. Thanks Valor for addressing the issue. The representative that adressed the issue was excellent. I provided the agent with the damaged part and service rep kept me informed by email and tracki g number of the item. 260lb urethane bumper plates I recently purchased the 260lb urethane bumper plates. These plates are awesome and easy to handle. My only issue was that 1 of the 45lb plates has a dark stain on the white lettering on 1 side of the plate but other side looks perfect. It's just a cosmetic issue and doesn't effect the use of the weight. I'm still a satisfied customer and will definitely purchase from valor again. I actually have 2 more 45lb plates in my cart to purchase again.

I purchased the cable crossovers in… I purchased the cable crossovers in 2017. Had a problem with the plastic slides falling out almost immediately. I called the manufacture shortly after purchasing and got no response. Decided to purchase new slide bushings in February 2024 and it appears they haven’t change the flaw. Had the same problem again. These bushings also came in red this time instead of black.. Ended up purchasing bushings from a different manufacturer that fixed my issues. Like the cable crossover machine overall but can’t stand valors plastic bushings.

Well worth the investment Very easy to assemble, I had no problems, no parts missing which is a plus. The machine is sturdy, well constructed, and most importantly after loading a couple of weights for resistance, it has proven to be quite effective. Great addition to my home gym, did I forget to mention I am 72 years old. Cheers!
