Don't expect a refund without a battle! I scheduled a pickleball lesson with the coach I selected. They sent me a calendar appointment with the wrong location. That was irritating but didn't matter as the coach called to cancel as the location he thought we were meeting at was too full for a lesson. So that cancelled. I tried to reschedule but the coach caught the flu and wouldn't be available for over a week. I asked for a refund as I never received a lesson, but all I've gotten are phone messages trying to convince me to use someone else (which I told them I wasn't interested in doing). This evening, I filed a complaint against them with Chase in an effort to get my payment (for nothing) refunded.

Finding the right teacher for you---- The technology is easy to use and provides critical information for choosing a teacher who meets your needs. The videos really add a lot. They understand that finding the right teacher is a matching process-- what the teacher offers and what you personally need.

There are so many great coaches available and they're all at actually affordable prices - not those ridiculous prices that you always see at sports facilities. Literally no one wants to pay $200+ for a lesson. Super easy to use and couldn't recommend it enough - I use it every single week to get my workout in. Seems like they're adding new sports/activities every month too which is exciting.

Great customer service When u signed up I immediately received a text welcoming me. Then I needed h additional options for the app and HANNA was so helpful and immediate in her communications. She also let me know the coach needed to speak to me so I could check my chat. Wonderful and appreciated customer service. Thank you Hanna
