You have to use this app! I've always looked for quality coaches to advance my tennis skills. I was able to hop on this amazing platform, test out several coaches, and commit to one for weekly lessons. The tech is extremely easy to use and my tennis game has gone very far.

Don't expect a refund without a battle! I scheduled a pickleball lesson with the coach I selected. They sent me a calendar appointment with the wrong location. That was irritating but didn't matter as the coach called to cancel as the location he thought we were meeting at was too full for a lesson. So that cancelled. I tried to reschedule but the coach caught the flu and wouldn't be available for over a week. I asked for a refund as I never received a lesson, but all I've gotten are phone messages trying to convince me to use someone else (which I told them I wasn't interested in doing). This evening, I filed a complaint against them with Chase in an effort to get my payment (for nothing) refunded.

Outstanding Customer Service! Recently started playing Pickleball and wanted to take some lessons to get an understanding of the fundamentals. My experience has been outstanding every step of the way! The website is very easy to navigate and was able to find a great instructor (Victor Rodrigo) in my area. In researching various places/coaches to take lessons from, I was very pleased to see the great selection of coaches and locations that I could schedule a lesson with. I decided to book a package of lesson with Victor and have been super satisfied with the results I am already seeing. He has a great demeanor and coaching style and is very personable. One aspect that really stood out was the level of customer commitment and support I received from my personal lesson coordinator, Hanna. She has been fantastic in promptly responding to my questions and keeping me updated on the scheduling of my lessons. Being a Pickleball "newbie" it was quite refreshing to have someone like Hanna taking a genuine interest in my development. In today's technology driven mindset, it's nice to know that personal level of customer service is still valued!

Great customer service When u signed up I immediately received a text welcoming me. Then I needed h additional options for the app and HANNA was so helpful and immediate in her communications. She also let me know the coach needed to speak to me so I could check my chat. Wonderful and appreciated customer service. Thank you Hanna
