Don't expect a refund without a battle! I scheduled a pickleball lesson with the coach I selected. They sent me a calendar appointment with the wrong location. That was irritating but didn't matter as the coach called to cancel as the location he thought we were meeting at was too full for a lesson. So that cancelled. I tried to reschedule but the coach caught the flu and wouldn't be available for over a week. I asked for a refund as I never received a lesson, but all I've gotten are phone messages trying to convince me to use someone else (which I told them I wasn't interested in doing). This evening, I filed a complaint against them with Chase in an effort to get my payment (for nothing) refunded.

They have your back My coach stoped working for them and the paired me with a more expensive coach to finish my remaining lesson out of their own pocket. Hanna was the person in charge of managing my bookings and she has been there through 100% of the process. Great service!

Great customer service When u signed up I immediately received a text welcoming me. Then I needed h additional options for the app and HANNA was so helpful and immediate in her communications.
