AU10 out of 10 experience We are giving Zure 10 out of 10 for the way they handled our Order. We had an issue on delivery with our Vanity. After a phone call and photos exchanged - we received our replacement vanity within days. When ordering online, many variables can go wrong. For this company, we are prepared to say reliability, friendly customer service that delivered what was promised - receives our thumbs up!

AUOrdered 2 items - Never Again Ordered 2 items. One was fine and the other was not as per the description / image. We ordered a white basin which was not white - it was more of a cream colour. No problem, we asked to return the item using the 30 days returns policy. Unlike many / most of their other competitors however, with Zure you have to pay for the shipping yourself which, at least in isolation, is probably acceptable / understandable. However, they then charge you a 20% restocking fee. While this in itself was enough to never use Zure again - there is also no refund provided after this gouge - only a store credit. Look elsewhere people - there are far better options available at similar costs and with better service. I will never use Zure again.

AUFantastic service! Fantastic service. I had trouble entering my discount code but called them up straight away and they gave me the discount as a refund. Also had problems with delivery (different company) and Zure were very helpful in getting some compensation for me. Helpful and friendly service by Australian employees. Easy to call over the phone and they always get back to you.
