AUNice to be able to actually talk to a real person Customer service was great prior to ordering as I phoned a couple of times to ask questions. Very fast delivery. However now have issues due to the item arriving damaged. After several phone calls the company has come through and organised a courier to pick up the bulky item. Very approachable by phone or email.

AUGreat look and great post sales service I love the cabinet but unfortunately it arrived damaged and with very little effort on my part, Zure arranged a re-delivery and it is fine and looks great

AU10 out of 10 experience We are giving Zure 10 out of 10 for the way they handled our Order. We had an issue on delivery with our Vanity. After a phone call and photos exchanged - we received our replacement vanity within days. When ordering online, many variables can go wrong. For this company, we are prepared to say reliability, friendly customer service that delivered what was promised - receives our thumbs up!

AUMixed emotions Amazing communication and replacement of damaged items, however we had ordered four pieces from Zure, and 3 showed up damaged, and then in total I think it took another 4 goes to receive items not damaged or faulty. I think it comes down to the couriers they use.
