Product OK, experience poor To be fair the product is OK, however my experience was poor. Initially advertised for $70 cheaper (the reason I chose) when I went to purchase the site said deal had expired. I ordered and a fortnight later a Startrack driver in NSW rang asking where my street was...the delivery address was QLD! Meanwhile a box from a charity was delivered to me instead so 3 weeks later than expected and two attempts I finally had two very battered boxes but thankfully not damaged units. Now they sit waiting as my tradesman had to move onto other jobs.

The service was wonderful from the… The service was wonderful from the first enquiry, all questions were answered very quickly and they even sent videos of the product to assist with our questions as we are based in another state. Product was couriered within 2 days and whilst it is not yet installed, looks to be great quality and just what we were after. hopefully the quality is good once the shaving cabinet is installed.

Great product & customer service. Highly recommend. Blown away with the quality!! I looked at many cabinet mirrors from other stores however Zure was by far the most affordable, this had me questioning the product quality. I was shocked with how well built these are when they arrived and not to mention, delivery was very fast! Ordered Sunday and arrived on my door step in Brisbane Tuesday morning. Great product and customer service. Highly recommend.

Good shopping experience Good shopping experience as I was looking for a bathroom cabinet that was not the regular box shape. The cabinet is a good quality build, except for the small dowl joins to attach the left and right parts of the circle mirror. We will have to use lots of strong glue to make sure they don't fall off. The cabinet is a great size. It's going to look great in our new ensuite. Delivery quick and tracked.

When we first got the package the… When we first got the package the delivery guys had dropped it and when we opened it, we found the actual cabinet damaged. I notified Zure and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. A brand new cabinet was sent out within the week. Would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend.
